The location was quiet but near the tram and bus stops and A12 motorway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and comfortable. The parking garage was included and very secure with marked bays for each room. This was especially helpful as the weather was very hot during our stay and it kept the car cool. The nearby Bierwirt restaurant was very good and you can also walk to Schloss Ambrass.

The room was unbearably hot. A fan was provided and the shutters were useful but it was still uncomfortable to sleep. Just keep this in mind if you are visiting in summer. The room was mostly clean but the floor and open shelves of the wardrobe were very dusty. At breakfast the peanut butter is left open in a large jar and there are a lot of products containing nuts. As a peanut allergy sufferer I had to be very careful with my choices and it was unpleasant as I could smell the peanut butter around the coffee machine, breads and jams. It would be better to keep such products contained and lidded to avoid cross contamination and smells.

Great location - walking distance from metro. We were a family of 4 - we were arriving late and they were kind enough to wait for us when we called them before hand. The room was very comfy. But as any other european hotel, no airco. But they were nice enough to provide a fan. The breakfast was included, and it was standard continental. The breakfast staff as well as the other staff was very nice! Gave a feel of a family run hotel. They also gave us a lot of good advise on where to go about in Innsbruck. Affordable price. Free parking.

Nothing in particular. outside our windows was another hotel/property that had this annoying lights in the hallway that was set on motion sensor or something and it went on and off every now and then.

Breakfast was a typical continental style breakfast. I'm a vegetarian but there was plenty choice of cheeses, and eggs were also available. Coffee was a proper bean to cup machine, and fruit juices and muesli were available. Staff didn't immediately switch the conversation to English, which was good because I like to practise and improve my German speaking.

I'd have preferred it if there were a couple of pillows on the bed, rather than just the one.

Very spacious room I've got for myself, the hotel in a quiet area of Innsbruck. Quality of bed was good and also the very diverse breakfast buffet offered everything you can wish.

Staff was very helpful as I forgot my adapter for Austria by offering to charge my laptop at their office but unfortunately they wouldn't have an adapter for Swiss connection cable. Smokers smoke in front of the building, unfortunately the smell found its way into my room which I didn't like so much.

Quaint little hotel in a very pretty part of town. Excellent connection via tram which takes you right to the heart of Innsbruck. And Ambras castle is just a short walk away. The staff at reception were really helpful. It was a good stay.

The kitchen serves only breakfast. I wish they had more food options for at least dinner. But that there is only breakfast service was known while booking, so no surprises there. This is just a suggestion.

Staff is super nice and the hotel provides a welcome card for people who stay certain number of nights which provides a lot benefits of visiting Innsbruck, such as free transport.

Room is clean and big but a corner of the shower room is broken, so when I took shower, entire room was flooded. Like some other hotels in the Austria, air conditioning is not provided, so people who wants to book rooms here in summer need to consider this aspect.

When we arrived the requested baby crib was already in the room and the staff had also left a couple of toys for our son - a very nice touch! The hotel is located literally 40m from the tram stop that takes you into town in minutes, and the hotel also provided us with an Innsbruck tourist card that provides free public transport. The secure underground parking directly under the hotel is also free of charge. It's small things like this that make the difference. Would 100% recommend.

Hotel reception were extremely helpful when I had a problem with a broken mobile phone charging cable. Bedroom large, breakfast choice very good. Hotel is a little way from the centre of Innsbruck in a pleasant suburb but that ensured there was no problem parking at the hotel itself. The Kapeller is just a few minutes’ walk from the tram terminus from where a service runs regularly into the city centre - and the hotel provided gratis a pass during the length of our stay to use the tram network at will.

Polite staff who provided useful and accurate information. The breakfast was tasty and very complete. Parking easily reachable outdoors and possibility to park in garage (for 1 night, we just didn't take this advantage though). Hotel easily reachable from highway and not so far away from city center by bus. Room was spacious and there was useful touristic info around the reception. it's a safe and quiet residential area with plenty of green areas. We'd definitely stay once again.

Church nearby, so beware of the bells noise. Just a minor detail for us :)

Spacious comfortable room. One of the nicest shower gels I've had in any hotel. Excellent breakfast. Easy on site parking. Quiet location, close to Schloss Castle but be warned it is a steep walk up to it! Although a little out of city centre it is only a 2 min walk to tram stop which provides an easy 10 min ride into the city, plus it was free as the hotel provided a complimentary public transport ticket.

Wi-fi was a little unstable at times.
