Pleasant hotel, family atmosphere, excellent food, helpful staff, etc.

There is no radiator in the room or bathroom (there was one in the photos in the presentation), the bathroom was most likely renovated and is nice, there is underfloor heating, which is nice, but it doesn't dry clothes (I recommend finishing an electric ladder that everyone can turn on when they need to dry clothes and towels, which won't have to be changed every day). There is a shortage of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Staff were wonderful, the hotel has a tremendous view and is in a great location for the town and buses to the glacier and slopes. Breakfast choice and service fantastic. Lovely balcony on front of hotel

Bed was weak and pillows / duvet very thin and uncomfortable. Bathroom in room very outdated. Heating was overpowering at night and early morning with no way to control it

Staff was extremely helpful and nice, they were friendly but respectful. SPA was very well maintained, 3 saunas, super nice. Tasty breakfast. Perfect location.

It’s not the newest building, but honestly, it’s so well maintained that it makes no difference.

Lovely hotel in the perfect spot, views are tremendous. The food was regional, varied and very nice, there is a children's menu with good variety also. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are excellent, very helpful and always available. The owners Peter and Daniela are very welcoming and make your stay special.

Really nice breakfast. Cleane facilities and really nice room with nice view.

Room was really warm. Could do with air con or better ventilation.

Everything from food and room facilities to the staff was perfect. Really comfy beds too! The bus stop is 30 seconds away from the hotel, so can't recommend it enough.

The church bells of a church nearby ring quite a lot. Wasn't a big problem for me, but just a heads up.

Wonderful hotel in the centre of Neustift with very friendly, helpful staff. Room was ready when we arrived earlier than expected - hotel had upgraded us to a suite which was a lovely unexpected surprise. Great views down the Stubaital from balcony. Very comfortable bed and large ensuite area. Very good and comprehensive breakfast. Good quality evening meals though limited choices Wished we were there for a longer stay and we hope to visit again

We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't like having to leave !

Stuff, location just great! You have good restaurants next to the hotel. and also great spa with 3 different types of sauna

Amazing hotel and friendly staff. Great food and wellness zone (included in the price). I've actually stayed there twice, so don't know what else to say - just book away!
