Very kind and nice people, they are helpfull, new furniture, good breakfast, fresh juice, every day cleaning, nice outside and indide playground for children. Breakfast had very good choice of vegetable and fruits, sweet strawberries. Very good location, quiet, far from main road, to hotel 5minutes walk, 1minute walk from center where are sometimes concerts, shop is 5 minutes walk.

Paying for drink at dinner, for normal water too and so expensive. Usually at hotels water is free at dinner. Outside pool is too small for so much people and not for swimming, inside pool is better. Childrens dinner have too strong taste, but its good that there is fresh vegetable for alternative No washing maschine in appartment. Too soft pillows

We were greeted by a nice receptionist, who gave us all the necessary info. The property was located right at the center of Neustift, with grocery stores, ski equipement rentals, sport stores, 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very nice, fully equipped, perfect. As for the hotel area, which is about 3 minute walk from the apartment, they served excellent breakfast and the restaurant area was very nice and cozy. We didn't try dinner at the hotel, but I assume it would be very good too. Wellness and saunas area was also very nice. There were fruits & snacks available to fill up your energy after taking sauna. There is a beautiful relaxing room with a view on the garden and we could also enjoy resting outside, in the garden. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartments & the hotel.

Upon arrival, a very unpleasant fact occurred, which the hotel management quickly, seriously, professionally and most importantly with great understanding resolved positively - this is the hallmark of a good hotel! Otherwise, I was satisfied with everything, it was as I expected it to be (room, wellness, parking, excellent food, very high-quality ski boot drying, pleasant professional staff, pleasant climate in the hotel, overall facilities, etc.)

The two bedroom apartment was very modern, clean, well equipped with great location near the town center. The hotel was only 5 minutes walk away from the suites and provided really great breakfast with wide variety of food. We also enjoyed the wellness which was clean with all kind of saunas as well as a pool, so everybody could find what he likes best. Related the hotel staff, we can only speak in superlatives as everybody was very friendly, polite and always helpful. Thanks for the relaxing stay at your hotel 👍

Everything was really great. Central location, big appt, everything inside looked new or nearly new - great quality. We’ve had full-board option and the food was really amazing too.

The only thing that was a bit of a downside was that you have to walk outside from the suite building to the main hotel building. It’s not far 300-400m but still was far enough for us not to want to use some of the hotel amenities after all (spa, pool etc)

The apartment was cozy, spacious and had a great view. The central location within Neustift is very convenient. It’s no problem at all to go to the Stubaier Hof for food and the wellness. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic and we really enjoyed the spa. The best was how easy everything was with our kids who could play in the cute kids room right next to the restaurant. It’s over all an amazing place and we will be back for sure.

I stayed in Sepp & Hannis apartment for one night after completing the Stubai High Trail. We just wanted to have one night to relax, use wellness and unwind. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and the staff was very personal. I was very impressed with the wellness facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with many vegetarian options, fresh juice from a juicer and excellent coffee. I will be back!

The place is paradise, the valley with all its activities. The dinner is very slpecial everyone from the staff is very helpful.Swimingpool,sauna all is clean and wonderfull

Only one thing. Why they charge 5 euros for a bottell of tap water served during dinner. Ne aware that sepp and hanni is located 300 meters from the main hotel one has to walk for the pool, breakfast and dinner.

Well placed and well appointed, supported by luxury hotel and spa where you have access to all the facilities. Very modern and clean. A 2 minute walk to the ski bus stop to Stubai Glacier and Schlick 2000. Turn right and right again to get to the bus stop. Also route to supermarket.

Nothing, we liked everything. Minor grumble was room was far too warm for us and no way to turn it down.

This is a gem of a place. It’s beautifully designed and has everything you need and is in the perfect location in the town. A very easy 5 min walk to the main hotel for breakfast and the spa (which was also lovely). The views from the terrace and outdoor pool of the glacier are stunning. The best thing about this place is the staff though, they were exceptional. Every member of staffwas helpful and smiling. They were the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered.
