The location was fantastic and the people very helpfull.I strongly reccomend this place for your vacation in case you like walking since is not next to the city center.

There was a heavy smell of vinegar everywhere in the room .We did nt tell anything at the receptionist since it was not a hard blocker for us to stay.We thought maybe they use it for cleanance purposes.

The place sits extremely well with the pictorious surroundings. The facilities, staff, space everything was perfect. It has a very good and unique concept of self check in. Worth staying in this place.

Parking was paid which was a bit unexpected.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. It was a bit further to walk than we realised.

The appartment is very new (2022) and has almost anything you need, including airconditioning, window shields, Induction cooking, microwave, Nespresso machine, dish washer. Our appartment was spacy which is great. Bus M is very close to Blackhome City Innsbruck at Sillhöfe 1 which is perfect for the most important places downtown and the Bahnhof.

- The staff is a little timid but not unfriendly. - We stayed 7 days. Nespresso cups and tea are not supplemented. You can ask for extra but It would be nice if Blackhouse would check it. - Wifi is ok but it's a bit of an annoyance to connect it again every day. Should not be neccesary. - When we arrived the cups in the cupboard were not clean. Housekeeping should check it - Initially TV's were set to Arabian Language which is not easy to change back to German - Bathroom has too little space for your toiletries. There is no proper cup for toothpasting - The kitchen has very large longdrink glasses which hardly fit in the dishwasher. Don't let this point disencourage you to book this appartment because it's a great place to stay!

Compact and has basic needs. Location is also fine.Staff was good and cooperative.

Some of the things which are basic but not fulfilled like 1. Dish washer was working but as it did not have salt and liquid needed to start it was no use. Cannot expect from travellers to bring it correct? may be house keeping was not done properly. Due to this need to wash all dishes manually as were not aware of it earlier. 2. TV was there but it was not connected to internet nor did it have wifi capability. As innsbruck is worldwide know n tourist destination, not everyone would like or able to understand local TV channels. Also TV in bedroom was not connected to local cable.

We were on an overnight stay. Three adults. It was clean and good for a short stay with a small kitchen area. Supply of essentials included. Thank you. The double bed was comfortable. Balcony was welcome. It’s about 15 mins walk to historic centre but choose your route carefully as many rads being dug up and construction work. Léopold Strasse was a good route with cafes and bijou shops. Easy taxi too and from airport at reasonable price.

It was far too hot and we could not turn the heating down. Slept with balcony door open. Lovely river sounds until traffic started at around 6. Third bed converted from a fold down chair was adequate by not very comfortable.

Great staffs , Comfy Room and kitchen facilities. We had Breakfast included in our package , however would suggest to avoid booking with breakfast. There is a supermarket close by to pick up fresh food if needed at much affordable prices. The breakfast is a standard set menu served at room from 8.00 AM.

If using a car , worth to note that the Parking is additional. While the hotel is a 5 to 6 mins drive from the old town area and not in the middle of city , it would have been better if they included Parking along with room rents. They have ample parking spaces in the basement which could have been free. if you are scared of little insects , then Dont forget to keep your balcony windows and doors closed if you are stepping out of the room. Chances of spotting insects (i spotted a few Spiders) in my room.

It was nice to have a small kitchen with silverware, plates, pans, etc. The space was bright but had electric shades that could come down to block light or offer privacy at night. Location was steps from a bus stop. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again, perhaps in a larger room.

The balcony was a little smaller than I had expected and we didn’t use it at all, as our room was right above the entry to the lobby and there were frequently people outside right below talking and sometimes smoking. The room had space for our needs but felt cramped at times, and as we stayed for over a week, I would have upgraded to a larger room if we had known the exact size — sometimes the pictures don’t give you the full idea.

I would classify this accommodation as fine. Not terrible at all but definitely not outstanding. Room was basic but pretty clean, nice balcony with mountain views and furniture, access to washing machine was great too. Lovely setting by the river and close to the supermarket.

* Workers were friendly and kind * Room and also facility was modern and elegant * Only 1.5-2 km to city center, you can walk in 20 min to the city center * Bringing luggage before check-in was free of charge * Continental breakfast was enough and good ( yogurt, orange juice,teebutter, delicious bread, ham, cheese...) * They bring the breakfast at 8-8.30 AM to your room * The room view was amazing, both side has amazing mountain view * Kitchen has enough material to cook your meal + microwave exist

* The only thing that we do not like is; the sofa, please change this sofa and put a better one, it was not comfortable at all.
