The staff, especially Shayene, were warm, friendly, attentive and caring. They were available by text and phone for anything. We were in apartment 6 facing north with a magnificent view of Nordkette. It is very quiet on the north side with no traffic and a lively garden off the balcony. The Altstadt is a 2 minute walk away. Public transportation is 4 minutes and everything is readily accessible from this area. It also just happens to be located in the most iconic street in all of Innsbruck. This is our new second home when in Innsbruck.

Spacious apartment with nice balcony view. Cleaning staff was helpful and friendly.

Arrival not easy because code instruction (number plus “bell”) was confusing. The instruction should either have shown a picture of the tiny “bell” symbol on the keypad or clarified that entry was via the numeric code plus the “bell” symbol on the keypad, NOT the silver-colored apartment bell above the keypad! As a result, I couldn’t enter until another tenant came along and let me in.

The apartments are really nice! Location is just amazing, small kitchen had everything what you need to make breakfast! You have coffee and tea

This place is tucked away in the multitude of doors peppering the famed zig zig line of Innsbrucks colorful. Easy to find, reach and access ( there is a life), the building has a total of 6 apartments, 3 facing the Inn, and the rest with a view of the Nordkette Alps. I stayed in the latter on the top floor - it was peaceful and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze, there is also an elevator in the building. The room itself is a delight - everything’s been thought through to ensure a home-like stay. The noise isolation is excellent - the only sound from-the outside were the birds and the hourly church bells, when you left the windows open. There is a long balcony that overlooks the Nordkette - beautiful view. The kitchen’s stocked with cutlery,pots, pans, bowls and even a french press with coffee from a locally famous roastery. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the folks here had thought everything through. Katrin was always prompt in communicating and my requests ( cleaning schedule, invoices) and queries were responded to promptly and thoroughly. I will be back here whenever I visit IBK - recommended for long or short stays.

Good location, handy for walking into centre. Our studio had a balcony, which was great for sitting out on. Room was comfortable and clean. Good bathroom facilities. Kitchen had hob, toaster & small cafetière but no plates! Lift to all floors which you don’t often see in old buildings. Provided with the Innsbruck Welcome card, great for free transport & discount off gondolas

Excellent stay at this lovely apartment! Location was ideal! Just across the bridge a few steps from the center of town. And a short walk to Congress Center and SoWi where we were attending a conference. Very clean. Nice spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the mountain. A glorious spot for my morning coffee and yoga. Host was terrific! Very responsive and helpful! I’d definitely stay here again!

It was an ideal spot! Nothing to complain about. We were traveling with our 13-year old son and he enjoyed it well. An additional/separate room would have been ideal but we managed fine in the large space.

Property is close to Innsbruck Hbf, taking a direct bus with 4 stops and short walk to old town. Easily located, convenient check in and lift available within building. Huge balcony with a little side view of mountains, mine is at 1st floor. Quiet area where I can sleep soundly, full equipped kitchen, in house coffee powder available with French press is very thoughtful and toiletries are available.

There is no washing machine available, it would be perfect if there is washing machine as Innsbruck is a hiking heaven! It would be great too if there is iron and iron Board available as well as clothing drying rails.

The location was legendary, first row view to the Inn river, and with the market place right across – simply unrivaled. It was such a lovely feeling to see the iconic green house from the other river bank, serving as backdrop together with the other colorful houses to so many photos of tourists, knowing we are staying there. The house itself is so unique, with its beautiful facade not giving away how newly renovated the interior is. For those who'd rather pass on the steep old-fashioned staircase, there's even an elevator which is surprising to find in such a building. The apartment itself was very tastefully designed, with only the interior architecture hinting at the old-fashioned style. From the bathtub to the kitchenette, it is evident that a lot of thought was put into fashioning this place. The bed was extremely comfortable too, and the complementary ground coffee was excellent! We will undoubtedly stay at this hotel again, and have already personally recommended it to our friends and family. The perfect Innsbruck experience, an easy 10/10!

Super clean and extremely cosy and comfortable. Space. Lovely views of the town and mountains beyond. Really easy walk into town. Clear information in the apartment, and definitely worth following the restaurant and breakfast recommendations! Comfortable cosy bedroom and small but very useful kitchenette. Comfortable lounge with dining table, overlooking the river and mountains. We loved it.

A slightly cramped area in front of the bedroom window, with air-conditioning unit, table, chair and some shelving. One side of the double bed is against the wall. This was a very minor consideration for us, but might be more difficult for anyone with more limited, mobility. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very short walk to the old town, shops, buses etc. Apartment was clean and comfy and well kitted out. Says fits 4 - think that would be pretty tight but was perfect for 1 or 2. No aircon and it got very warm (during a heatwave!), but there was a good fan. Was really nice and peaceful.
