Great apartments, everything is clear and new, comfortable property. Good shower, soft blanket

1. They do not update coffee and tea in the room, as I was told, it was a "welcome package" (2 coffee capsules and 4 tea bags) and they assume that we will buy them ourselves, but there are other apartments in another area (for such the same price, the same distance from the center, with a kitchen and a similar mountain view from the window) where we stayed last year and coffee and tea were updated there every day, this is of course a trifle, but when you stay for 2-3 days to buy a pack capsules that you can not then use at home, irrational and inconvenient. 2. There was a little lack of sun, as there are building against the windows, the view of the mountains is only when you go to the window and look at the right angle.

I booked the "Loft" room for two. Everything was perfect. The host lady was very kind and informative. We received an Innsbruck Welcome Card that you can use for a lot of things in the city, for example free public transport usage. Breakfasts were a bliss on the balcony with this panorama. Bed was comfy, facilities were good and clean. Keep in mind that the "Loft" is one open space, the rooms are not separated with doors, the only exception is the bathroom of course.

Maybe I would put a few more plates and glasses into the kitchen cupboard, but that's not a big issue.

Excellent location-about 10 mins walk from the old town. The apartment is in a beautiful old building; mountains at the back and fairly main road at the front. The main road wasn’t an issue as the windows were at least double glazed which meant we weren’t bothered by traffic noise. There is a church just round the corner which rang its bells fairly early- bring earplugs if you think this will bother you. Spotlessly clean apartment with an extremely comfortable double bed. Small kitchenette area- (no oven ) with hob, microwave , kettle and coffee pod machine and dishwasher and a few teabags and pods to keep you going . Washing up liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets also. Good shower. Close to bus stop (public transport is excellent in Innsbruck) and the Innsbruck welcome card was included as we were staying over 3 days. It was pretty cold when we were there and we found the apartment to be really cosy and warm. Friendly welcome on arrival from a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English. We also had a free taxi from the airport via booking.com. We had a great stay.

The curtains didn’t fully cover the windows- only one single curtain at each one , rather than a pair. ( maybe that’s an Austrian thing?) Not such an issue in the living area but in the bedroom area we felt it did affect our privacy as the apartment looked into the main road.

Great mattress, comfortable room and the bathroom was very nice and modern. It was convenient to have a coffee machine in the room as well.

The style was so minimalist I kind of wished it had more color or decorations or something to make it feel cozier. The room I was in also required going through the reception area which is bit unfortunate because the bed is literally on the other side of the door from the reception desk so you may be awoken by conversations at the reception.

Great location, about 10 minute's walk from the old town. Ideally located, clean room, extremely comfortable bed. Apartment had exactly what you need for a night or two away. Check-in was easy and staff were polite and extremely helpful - we were travelling with a 1yo and they went to great efforts to make sure we had everything we needed (cot, baby bath, high chair) which was much appreciated. Everything we wanted to see was within easy reach and a short walk or bus ride away. The city's Welcome Card was also helpful. Great views from the apartment too.

It is very clean and nicely decorated. A beautiful view from the balcony. The property is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is also within easy walking distance to the town and many other tourist spots.

It will make the property becomes perfect if there is a washing machine available instead of a dish washer. Due to the shape of the room, it is suggested a lower bed base can be used in order to avoid hit the head when you get on / off the bed.

Everthing was a very well arranged. The appartment is very well structured and clean. It is very spacious and looks new. I have been given free cards for transportaion for all my stay. The only challenge I had was the elevator which the hotel does not have it. The rest went smoothly and met my expectation.

- No elevator which would make it difficult if you have many luggages.

The location is amazing, 10 minute walk to the golden roof. Their is an Mpreis 5 minutes away for groceries and a bakery near by too. The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. A church is nearby and church bells do go off but it didn't disturb us one bit! Great view from the balcony as it faces the mountains. In the evening you can see the stars at night from the balcony.

The few things I didn't like was the lack of cutlery and glasses. Salt and pepper was provided but cooking oil would be helpful as well. An iron would be useful too! But all in all I enjoyed my stay.

If you are travelling in Europe, Innsbruck is a must visit. Quartier 99 is a great apartment to stay in Innsbruck. It is in an excellent location, just a short walk across the river to catch the cable car up to the top of Innsbruck and to the old town and the centre of Innsbruck. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were excellent.

Excellent location with bus link to main railway station. Walking distance across the bridge to old town, shops restaurants and station to go to Top of Innsbruck. Close by a very good supermarket and we enjoyed a meal at New India Restaurant. Spotless with small outside table and chairs. Perfect for longer stay for a couple.
