The apartment is one in a small complex with a reception desk which made us eligible for the visitors card (free public transport etc). It seemed like it had recently been renovated and it was very comfortable for 2 people. The bed was the best we have encountered in 5 weeks! It was easily reached by bus from the station, and while it looked like it was a bit far from the Old Town, the major sights were only a 10-15 minute walk away. It was really close to one of the funicular stops. The views from the windows of the mountains were wonderful. I would highly recommend this property.

It was very hot in Innsbruck when we visited in June but there was a fan supplied which helped keep us cool at night: just to keep in mind there is no air-conditioning (but plenty of windows to open!).

This apartment is perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. We got there after 5pm and she had left the main door unlocked and the key cards in a named envelope for us so check in was easy. We also loved the location as it's only a few minutes walk to the cable car, the palace and the city centre. You can also walk to the train station but we chose to take the bus which is free with the welcome card or city card.

The only improvement that would make it better is an exhaust fan in the bathroom so it doesn't get so steamy after a shower and the toilet can be kept smelling fresh.

Everything! The location was excellent, the apartment was spotlessly clean. Bed and sofa were both very comfy. Shower was incredible. Hot water and heating all worked perfectly and there was also a fan / space heater in case we wanted it. I loved the fact the cupboards were actually stocked with pots, pans, cooking implements etc. I was also very impressed with the soundproofing from the road outside- you couldn't hear it at all unless the windows were open. Beautiful location, the views from the windows and the road outside the property were absolutely phenomenal. Very close to everything but in a lovely peaceful area.

The black out in the bedroom wasn't very good - the curtains didn't quite fit the windows and there weren't blinds. It probably would be fine for most people but it was an issue for my partner, and a better blackout would definitely be an improvement.

It was very spacious and light filled. It almost had absolutely everything you need - if it had a washing machine, it would have been perfect. The bed was super comfortable and very big compared to other places we stayed on our travels.

The apartment is right on a corner at a set of lights so was a little noisy when the windows are open. But it didn’t bother us too much. The walk into the old town was lovely but might be a little far for some of the older crowd.

The place is amazing the staff was very helpful, the location is amazing (very close to the center of the city by walking or by bus), everything is new and very clean, the utilities of the room are very good and the view is stunning. I took the room with the mountains view and I'll tell you - it worth a lot!! They helped us even to book a taxi for the next morning to go to the airport, amazing place and amazing service!

Absolutely stunning and super comfortable place. Very walkable to the center of the city. The property is only 15 mins walk to almost everywhere. Checking in was super easy and host made sure that everything in the property is in order, neat and clean. Diana (host) also gave us towels for free when we asked for them and was very informative for every silly question we asked her about the nearby places. We will be back again in the same place.

We loved everything about this apartment. Would stay here again! Bright modern decor, fantastic location, comfortable big bed, large bathroom, nice shower. I read a few other reviews commenting about street noise but we were on the mountain side and it was lovely.

Only recommendation would be to add some free standing towel racks rather than hooks, as the towels would dry faster.

Well-furnished, bright, and clean room. Equipped with essentials such as a kettle, cup, cleaning supplies, etc. – all of high quality. Excellent communication – I never met any staff in person, but all information was received very quickly via email. I had no trouble accessing the room.

The bed could be a bit longer, but I am really tall. With the windows open, there is relatively loud noise from the street, at least from the ground floor room I stayed in.

Lovely looking building inside and out, as shown on the pictures. We loved the decor and all the facilities. The team promptly responded to our queries (e.g. earlier check in, which was agreed without issues). Provided Guest Pass came handy as it allowed us to use public transport, museums and cable cars for free. It’s very convenient to have a reception available in the morning, if you have any questions.

The location was good, although shame about the traffic noise as it’s next to a busy road.

Perfect little apartment for two in a great location just over the river from the old town and English gardens. Very convenient for Nordkette. Receiving Innsbruck welcome card was a bonus.. Modern and clean. Small kitchen area but was well equipped.

The road outside could be noisy with windows open but the triple glazing meant that we didn't hear it when windows closed.
