The hotel is located close to the center. The area is beautiful, safe, there are villas around. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. The superior room is a large comfortable room. The view from the window is on the mountain peaks. The room is clean, was cleaning every day. The hotel building is spacious, beautiful. Parking is paid, but it was worth it to not look for parking around the hotel. The hotel staff is attentive, always ready to help. The room has air conditioning. There is a restaurant at the hotel, the prices are normal, the food is delicious. We had a great vacation.
Nothing.

This place was so convenient- a nice scenic walk along the river into town, close to a stop for Nordkette and other bus stop if you’d prefer not to walk all the way into town. Clean and modern rooms well stocked (even with decaf coffee, not all that common I’ve found!!). It’s so much easier than a lot of the more expensive spots in the pedestrian part of the city, as dragging suitcases across cobblestones isn’t fun (and if you take a cab, sometimes they don’t or can’t go all the way down pedestrian zones in busy times).
No negatives I can think of- quiet, comfortable, convenient

The location is superb. One has access to 2 bus stops within 2-3 mins of walking (one exactly opposite to the hotel), a supermarket located just next door, Marketplatz/old down around 15mins walk, cable car for Nordketter (top of Innsbruck) is just opposite to the hotel. The room was big with ample space to walk around and store things. The bed was comfortable. The receptionists were all super friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is value for money.
The dinner menu has a very limited option for people preferring chicken or vegetarian food (they were nice to replace veal schnitzel with a chicken one) and we found it a bit expensive. The good part is there is no blocker to order food from outside.

We came with a car and there was an option to park in an underground parking as well as outside. Have in mind you have to pay it separately. The staff was friendly and polite. We don't speak German, but they speak English. Thank you to the young gentleman who checked us in and explained everything to us. The room was nice and clean. We had a coffee machine in the room and tea, and a mini bar but we never use it, so it's not important to us. The location of the hotel is great. Really close to the town centre and opposite the hotel has a lift station. The beds were nice and comfortable. Thank you.

The front desk and restaurant areas are beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. The room I stayed in is big and gets a lot of sunlight. The bed is huge and comfortable. The heating is so good one can sleep shirtless and with no sheets in Innsbruck winter. Great location. The scenic view of the Inn River is just across the street. It’s 5 minutes from the city’s garden, in front of one of the funicular stations to the cable cars and Nordkette and 15-20 minutes from the old town.
In the bathroom, there wasn’t a shower enclosure. There was only a useless half glass wall that didn’t prevent the water from spilling all over the floor. I don’t know why they didn’t install a properly sealed and waterproof enclosure, since it’s a 4-star hotel with a great overall infrastructure.

Generally everything was okay, while checking in receptionist was very polite. Drinks at the bar were very tasty, room itself was okay, the view is exceptional :), hotel is located around 10 mins on foot from the city centre, it’s very close to all the attractions but still it’s very quiet at nights so your sleep is not disturbed. Breakfast were just fine, you could easily feel full with good quality food, from local cheeses through eggs and meet to pancakes and sweets.
When we entered the room, floor was definitely not vacuumed because there was quite a lot of dust on it. Even though we selected extra large double bed we got separated ones, we tried our best to put them together but it was almost impossible, they were just sliding away from each other.

I think this hotel is a winner when it comes to its staff. I can't praise them highly enough! When we got there, we were given an excellent room, but unfortunately, our neighbours were really noisy with bad-behaved kids. Tried to solve the situation ourselves but eventually after not being able to sleep we had to go down to reception and ask them to somehow solve the matter for us. The very friendly receptionist, Dominik, already tried earlier to speak with the parents however given that we couldn't sleep he kindly moved us to another room which thankfully had considerate neighbours. I really appreciated him doing that otherwise we wouldn't have slept a minute that night. The rooms are very spacious, modern and clean with super comfy beds. And every, room on each side of the building, will have stunning views of the mountains. The location of the hotel is also excellent, you can literally walk and explore the whole of Innsbruck on foot from the hotel. The cable car is also right opposite the hotel which is super handy. Dominik also gave us some great recommendations which we were grateful for. We would definitely return!

Great hotel in a great location - next to the funicular, just 3 bus stops from the main train station, a 5 min walk from the palace and the park. Our room was clean, spacious, air-conditioned, quiet and with a nice view of the mountains.
Very expensive breakfast - price of dinner! - we were a bit shocked. Fridge was very small and it switched off along with the electricity when we took the card out of the socket. We tried to by-pass that by leaving one of our cards in the socket at all time, but the cleaning staff always pulled the card out. Our yogurts got ruined thanks to that.

Location is great for sightseeing and getting in and out of the town centre. There is a EuroSpar next door which is very handy for packed lunches and food on the go. It is also opposite the cable car station which takes you to the Top of Innsbruck. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel was a bit noisy one night with people coming back late and were clearly drunk. One kept trying our room door before realising there were in the wrong place. Otherwise great stay and staff very accommodating. We didn’t have the breakfast or use the spa rooms.

It was a great room, warm, comfortable and very clean. Also had tea and coffee making facilities. Be sure to know that the hotel does not cook on a Monday evening, you have to eat out.
The Reception staff, met two receptionists and they were not what I would call ideal, the first one was ok ish, the second one on leaving was quite miserable. You expect if you go to a hotel like that to be at least greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. You almost felt that you were disturbing them by having to come out of the office to the front desk, they just did the necessary paper work and barely looked at you. The rest of the staff that we met were fine.
