Location it’s great , you have almost everything you may need around , was very cold in Innsbruck but inside my apartment was quite warm and nice , self-checkin worked well , and I was able to do a bit early , wich was nice of them . WiFi was great , even going down sometimes .

Unfortunately there’s a construction work happening at the moment there , they’re making a new building right behind this house, so expect lots of noise and workers walking around the place , that’s letting inside the building quite dirty and if you’re allergic expect a lot of dust , so be warned . Had a good stay , but rather coming back only after this construction finished.

We loved the location and convenience since we wanted to be across from Olympiaworld! Great amenities, easy to use and plenty of storage! It even had shutters. Easy access to town, the pool and places to eat!

It wasn't the venues fault but we came on an incredibly hot week of the year and there was no way of cooling down. We couldn't close the balcony door otherwise we would melt. Sadly that meant we could hear all the traffic and all the workers that started incredibly early in the morning so we didn't have a great quality of sleep. We were really mad that on one occasion the construction work started at 5 30 am!!

Didn’t find the sheet for third person as we paid for it and the house keeping didn’t even waited for us to leave and brought the stuff to our doors even before we checked out 🤦‍♀️

We had a lovely weekend staying at this apartment in Innsbruck! The place was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to all the city has to offer, and the price was very fair for the quality of the accommodation. A few things to note: the bathroom lighting could be improved, and the small balcony, while charming, would be even better with an additional chair. We also noticed the property is expanding, which is exciting! Adding a few trees in front of the building could enhance privacy and make the view even more pleasant. Despite these minor points, the apartment was a wonderful base for our trip, and we truly appreciated the care that has gone into maintaining it. With just a few small tweaks, it could be perfect. We definitely plan to return and look forward to seeing the improvements in the future!

checkin quite complicated, keyboard low and not visible but one has to type a lot bathroom sink was leaking quite a bit, I guess maintenance is low

Location it’s nice , quiet and has some supermarkets around , also a gym and pharmacy. I was able to do an early checkin for a small fee , and also my apartment was equipped with an air conditioning.

The tap in the kitchen it’s broken , and the bathroom sink it’s clogged , I’ve warned the personal , I hope they can fix that . My apartment was the 23 .

I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The size of the place was just right, offering plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. Its location was ideal – not far from the city center, which made getting around very convenient. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The apartment was spotlessly clean, clearly well-maintained, and it felt fresh and welcoming. As a nice touch, there was a coffee machine and a selection of tea available.

WiFi connection was a bit poor at the ground floor apartment

- contactless hotel - easy to check-in and get keys - parking garage - lift - view on the roundabout across stadium - small gift (small shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, tablet to the dishwasher) - location (20 min walking to the city center)

- entry hall of the room was quite tight, so manoeuvring with a stroller was a little hassle - during check-in the parking option was not visible (or we didn't saw it), but after 3 messages with the host it was quickly resolved - (nitpicking) little imperfections that slightly ruined top notch hotel experience, e.g.: old and slightly damaged shower head, dripping shower hose,...

This apartment is a good option for an overnight stay on your way to the Alps. Contactless checking allows you to make 24-7 check-in/checkout that is convenient. A lot of free parking spots (night hours) around the location.

Was a bit noisy. The ground floor apartment has human size windows that open directly to the street (you feel uncomfortable sleeping in the aquarium :D )
