Most of the staff were lovely. The pool and breakfasts were great. Location great... close to public transport. We had a late train and they kept our bags after check out. We appreciated that.

The room was small, and the only ventilation was the door to the small balcony. It was very hot when we were there... a fan in the room would have been helpful. The woman who worked breakfast during the week was unfriendly/rude to us. I'm not sure if somehow we offended her or because we were American or if it was a language barrier....but she was so lovely to people around us. I felt bad about that. Overall a nice place. I would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a nice location. A bit outside the main city of Innsbruck, but only a 15 minute train ride to get there. The train is very close to the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk. The room itself was very nice. It had a small refrigerator, and a terrace. The breakfast was great, had a lot of nice items. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and even gave us some recommended activities while we were in Innsbruck. Would recommend and would stay again!

None, we liked it here. I can't think of anything to suggest that I didn't like. I guess if I have to think of something, the room was a little bit warm and doesn't have a thermostat, but we cracked open our window a bit and the room cooled off great.

The location of the hotel was very good, not in the city center but just 10-15 minutes away from the train station by tram. The staff was kind and helpful. We stayed in room 21, it had a nice mountain view. It was larger than I expected. The room and bathroom were very clean and cleaned up regularly. The breakfast room was relatively small but there were enough tables for all the guests. The breakfast was also good enough.

There was an annoying water dropping sound coming from the bathroom but I did not have time to tell this to the staff. It might be an issue with the room that we stayed.

The hotel is very cozy and is barrier free. The room was very specious and had a wonderful view towards the mountains. The room was warm, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom had all needed amenities. The breakfast was great. The parking lot is large and nearby there is tram no. 3 which ensures direct connection with the train station and city center. Overall great value for the money!

A good place for a short stay. A clean room with comfortable beds, good breakfast. Dogs allowed . However you need to drive to the center, too far to walk.

Overall a bit overpriced.. the garden is not big and the swimming pool although very nice and clean is very close to the hotel bar - not quite comfortable to swim in the evening being watched by people sitting around with beer. Would be nice if it was somehow separated … But morning swim highly recommended

We loved our stay here. The breakfast was delicious and the room had a little balcony that overlooked the pool. We made good use of the swimming pool and enjoyed cold beers on the patio outside. The room was perfectly modern and clean with a small fridge and nice bathroom. The hotel is located very close to the Amras tram stop - this was super convenient to take a short trip into the center of town.

There was no ventilation and the air was quite stuffy - we could has used a fan or some way to move the air around since it was summer and very humid.

The staff were very welcoming, the breakfast delicious with a large buffet selection. The pool was perfect for our 3 children. We had two bedrooms. Our double room was perfect.

The family bedroom for 6 to sleep in, on the top floor was too hot, in part as it was v hot but mostly because having a glass roof at one end it needed a fan or air conditioning.

Clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Tram stop into center of town is a short 3-4 minute walk away and runs every 15 minutes. Breakfast was tasty and the bar in the hotel is fun to have a drink in.

Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Room was very clean. Breakfast had a large assortment from which to choose. Front desk helped us to procure a fan, which saved our stay. Had an elevator! Stunning swimming pool was nice.

No AC! No restaurant at the hotel.
