I arrived just before the final check-in time because my train to Innsbruck was delayed, but since I contacted them in advance, they kindly waited for me. I really appreciated that. They also sent me the Innsbruck Welcome Card by email beforehand, so I was able to use it right away upon arrival, which was very convenient. The view from my room was absolutely amazing. I truly felt glad that I came. The location was also perfect, with great access to Patscherkofel, the mountain I had always wanted to visit. The pool and sauna were wonderful as well — perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I come to Innsbruck.

There was nothing negative. I had no complaints.

Very pretty, very clean, typical Tyrolean decor which I love - staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, pool area lovely views stunning great amenities in the village and great bus service if you didn’t want to take the car say to Innsbruck for example lovely breakfast too

Nothing particularly apart from no bar and no restaurant in the summer months which was a shame but I understand as it’s probably the quietest time but they had a room With a fridge so you could bring your own food alcohol etc and tea and coffee facilities

Friendly, welcoming atmosphere, large room - it all met our needs perfectly after a long drive. Beautiful view out over Innsbruck which I was not expecting!

If I could give this more than 5 star I would. It’s an amazing and clean place. Carlos was very friendly and understandable and the tall lady who helps with breakfast is so cheerful and nice. The staffs are overall amazing.(I appreciate how the rooms were cleaned everyday. Danke) It has great views of Innsbruck city and the mountains. The warm pool and sauna room are perfect especially in winter. And the interior decor is warm and cozy. The breakfast room and the rooms have an amazing views of the city and mountains. They have a shelf with a nice collection of books I enjoyed. There is a bus stop 2min walk from the hotel and it’s about 4-5stops to the city center. Overall it’s a 100/10 for me⭐️

I happened to book this property while on a road trip in Austria in March. Kinda hit a sweet spot with this property. The communication from the property (Mr Klaus) was prompt and precise at all times. I say this because my arrival times were uncertain and I had a very late check-in. Yet it was easy to get in touch with the property and get a nicely detailed written revert from them at all times. It just makes your life easier as a road tripper. The best thing - The views from the property were outstanding. Amazing panoramic views of Innsbruck and the towering snow mountains. Aldrans is a lovely, quiet village perched up a hill above the hustle-bustle of Innsbruck. As a guest of the Aldranser Hof you get a 'welcome card' that permits free use of public transport all the way to Innsbruck city center. There is a beautiful church and a cattle shed next to the property. Really gets you the feel of European countryside, while keeping you in 15 mins proximity from the city. There are two bus routes that are a mere 2 mins walk from the hotel premises. Parking at the property is free. The interiors of this lovely property are something to adore. Rooms as well as common areas are cozy, artistic and representative of vintage. Perfect for a snowy winter times. Morning breakfasts were decent and were nicely laid. Lastly, Mr Klaus, who was in-charge of operations when I stayed here, was very nice and warm. He provided me with valuable suggestions on local transit tips and ski options in Tirol. It just elevated my travel experience.

Very kind and nice staff who offered great service. Beautiful view over the city and the northern mountains. The atmosphere in Aldrans was perfect after a day in the busy citry centre. It was a nice bonus that the hotel had a common kitchen with a fridge, cutlery and a vending machine. It was super easy to take the bus nearby using the welcome card.

The bread and pastry in the breakfeast buffet was a bit dry, but otherwise the breakfast was nice. We were a bit disappointed that the restaurant is closed in the summer.

We loved the hospitality of our host during our stay- we were made to feel very welcome. The food was also fantastic and the accommodation very clean and comfortable.

We would have appreciated a kettle and mini fridge in our room. We found it inconvenient to use the communal kitchen on level 1.

We loved our stay at Aldranser Hof. The view from our balcony and the pool were the two huge bonuses. The location is outside of the city, but bus service is excellent and the Welcome Card (included) provides free use of local busses and trains. We really loved being above the city, the views, the quiet, rural feel. Klaus was wonderful to deal with.

A hotel restaurant would have been nice.

We loved the swimming pool. It was really nice to go for a swim every afternoon, after we returned from the day's activities. And the swimming pool is completely refurbished and the saunas looked very inviting. But it was summer, so we didn't feel like using the sauna. The breakfast was ok, I'd give it an 8/10. You get a good selection of things to put on your bread. Our daughter especially loved boiling eggs for everybody. What we missed was anything that isn't meant to be eaten with bread. The whole house was very nice and the staff friendly, although they weren't around most of the time. Oh, and there are horses all around the establishment.

The reception was mostly closed. Luckily, we had no problems, but if we did have them, I have no clue how to call them. We met a person, who wanted to check-in, but was waiting for 20 minutes, alone, in the reception area, asking every guest, who passed them by if they know how to get in touch with the reception. No member of the staff was anywhere near, the only public telephone number was for the reception phone, which was ringing next to us. I had no idea, how to help, where to go to get a staff member. There are practically no restaurants around here, except one so-so restaurant. The hotel used to have its own restaurant, but it's closed now. This put us in a pickle on our first day, when we arrived at 7 PM and then didn't really know where to get food from.

The Hotel is at a perfect location, surrounded by Church, small farm, supermarket, bus station, nice view and all that. It is particularly ideal for a group of friends or a family traveling for short retreat from a hectic life of a big City. I would definitely recommend it to others, and I will come back to enjoy my stay to its fullest.
