Location was very good. Right next to the Rum train station, where also tram and bus stops. Very good for a trip to Innsbruck, only two train stops away from the Main station and one stop from the Messe, with trains running about every 15 minutes. Few blocks (easy walking distance) away from a big Inter Spar store and a late open McDonalds right next to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we we slightly worried about the busy road just under our window (we had the 1st floor room at the corner closest to the road) but the sound proofing of the hotel was phenomenal and the noise of the traffic was not heard inside the room at all. Big thumbs up for this. Breakfast was good and quite good selection. We only had dinner once in the hotel restaurant, but it was good also. The restaurant has a lot of seats, so a big party like wedding or professional events could be held there. One of the best things was the Welcome Card, which we received from the hotel. As we stayed more than 3 nights, we were entitled to full-time free public transport, including all forms of travel and some other special offers, like -20% discount from the Nordkette funicular and cable car tickets, which by the way was fully worth it and the perfect thing to do on a hot day! All in all, good bang for buck and suited our stay perfectly. Will come back.

The minibar fridge did not work very well, as it was closed in a closet with no ventilation. Only by leaving the cabined open, did the fridge cool at least a little. AC was a bit underpowered, or maybe in need of maintenance or refridgerant refilling, but we surivived the +33°C heat by pre-cooling the room during the afternoon. While housekeeping was done well and the rooms were very tidy, the staff tried to enter our room couple of times with us inside, without knocking on the door.

Upon request, they can provide an iron. This was helpful because I was attending a conference. There are plenty of transportation options nearby. The WIFI worked well.

There's no air conditioning, and my room overlooked a road. So, at night, I opened the window and was suddenly awakened by passing cars.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover and found the staff, including the receptionist and restaurant team, to be very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Despite the train station being located opposite the hotel, it did not disturb us at all during the night. We traveled by car and were pleased to find plenty of free parking right outside the hotel entrance.

Everything was perfect for a one-night stay or stopover.

The hotel is a good position because within 100mt there are train/bus and tram station! A good breakfast and good dinner prepared during our holiday. Hall and common spaces are very nice

There are some elements which not aligned with a four star hotel : door too low in the room (a person of 190 has to lower the head), the reception is not 24h opened, the room should have a frigo bar, a welcome gift would be appreciated

A nice old fashioned hotel, situated near the highway on the outskirts of Innsbruck. The locatiin was perfect for us, a family with a car. The room, beds and shower were clean, although a bit small. Well heated. The sauna was very nice too. Breakfast very good with nice variety. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious with great service. So overall great value for money.

We reserved two rooms, but one of the assigned rooms was used when we opened the door. The desk lady treated us very nicely and changed the room to have them both on the same floor, ascorting us to be sure it's tidy. So overall a mistake well taken care of.

the hotel is well located just a little bit out of the Centro city but easy to reach the center by auto or bus. friendly staff and an excellent breakfast are the bonus. appeared to be a hotel for business stays but I would suggest families also consider this facility

Well the room was excellent, it was clean and tidy a good view to the montain side! What i found interesting was the music in the bathroom, when u turn the light on also is turn the music on, it was quite nice 😊😊.(you dont need anymore to sing in the shower 🙈🤣🤣) Very close to the bus/train/tramway stations, the lines are good connected to the center of innsbruck. It takes about 10-13 minutes with the bus. I recomand the hotel 👍🏻👍🏻

Handy to the bus and tram stop for trips downtown. Free travel card provided. Bed had a firmer mattress which suited my sleeping style really well. Good parking at the hotel.

Not as clean as most other stays. Some old mold on bathroom tiles. Someone had smashed some mosquitos on the wall beside the bed and this was still there.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for a short visit to Innsbruck. The hotel is nice and the staff is welcoming. The room was good and clean. The location is good. Not central to a lot of convenient transportation. Excellent breakfast, very tasty and varied.

Nice facilities in a good location. We were just passing through, and this was a good place for us. It seemed more like a business type of hotel rather than a vacation hotel. The breakfast was excellent! Beds were comfortable

The rooms could use a good refurbish. The floor was very squeaky, creaking with every step. The air flow was non-existent unless the door to the veranda was left open, then it was ok.
