It is located centrally and has several parking space. The apartment's room is huge and it is very clean. 5 star balcony. This place is incredibly clean. They've been provided a baby crib and baby bath tub for our small boy. Spa was useful for rainy days and very clean. The receptionists are very helpful and kind.

They are not providing a cleaning service for the apartment option which is weird. They don't even provide exchange garbage bags (if you ask them they give you some of those without an issue). They should include cleaning service for those who stay for a longer period since we cannot bring a vacuum cleaner on our own.

Every thing,location near the center of the village were the restaurants and few shops ,almost opposite to supermarket, minutes from one of Cable car and Paragliding Station (which is expensive) ,close to all other activities in the valley (car is needed or use the public transportation),card from the hotel to use all the cable car and public transportation free of charge,very friendly staff specially Catya in the reception,free car parking.

If you take the apartment no cleaning during your stay no matter how long you stay even the garbage,And the most is the bathroom separated from the toilet.

Brilliant stay in beautifully designed apartment for skiing at Stubai Gletscher. Appreciated evening views from the balcony. Equipment hire on site. Lovely cafe, lounge area downstairs. Supermarket, lift pass office and bus stop opposite. Nice restaurants are a short walk into the village.

Only possible improvement would be to include a small welcome pack of food essentials for those arriving late (supermarket closes at 7pm and opens 12pm on Sundays). Some shower toiletries would be an added bonus.

I loved absolutely everything about my stay, would definitely stay again. My room was huge and with loads of storage space. The decor throughout is beautiful, the staff were fantastic, breakfast was delicious and they had something different every morning, which was great. I didn't have a car, but there is a bus stop just outside the building with very convenient connections to Innsbruck and the ski lifts (I used Eisgrat most days). I rented my ski equipment from the Intersport shop downstairs and have had a great experience with them too.

Conveniently located near the city center, close to restaurants and super markets. The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Very clean, it had a cozy terrace. The spa facilities were very nice and the personnel was outstanding, friendly, well informed, answered all our questions promptly.

There was not even one thing we didn’t like.

Second time staying here during a ski trip and it's just as great as I remembered. Huge rooms, huge bathrooms, fantastic breakfast, and the friendliest staff! Everything is very clean and beautifully decorated. Easy access to 3S Eisgratbahn by bus or car, 5 mins walk to various great restaurants.

We loved the beautifully curated details - the art, the lovely scents, the spa, the amazing breakfast, and the comfortable room. The team was very helpful, and lovley. Hospitality at its best.

The only thing we liked less was the proximity to the main street, but that also meant being close to the town center, supermarket and lift - so its a fair trade-off

Very pleasant and kind owner and staff. The place has its own spirit. The interior is nicely furnished, the interior accessories are very tasteful and coordinated, without frills and gimmicks. Clean and tidy everywhere. Excellent breakfast. Salty, sweet, fruit, what you imagine.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. The host and staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay easy and enjoyable.

The location was perfect. In between all 3 mountains. Perfect! The Sauna was also nice

The times of the sauna. It’s understandable why it would be open from 4-7pm as majority of the time thats when people come back, but for people that are staying in on the day cant go until 4pm. But regardless its good👌🏼
