Easy to find, located right by main road and close to city centre. Rooms are simple but good value for money. Beds were comfortable, shower was decent, room was a good size, parking was easy, was €8 for overnight and you could enter and exit as needed. 'Family room' arrangement (using two adjoining rooms) worked out well, with 4 separate beds and 2 bathrooms.

Decoratation of room was rather dated, especially carpets. Check in was more complicated than it needed to be - asked to fill in an online pre check in before arrival, only to then have to enter some of the same information into an automated machine to get key card.

The hotel located out skirt of Innsbruck, u need a car to access to the city, There are many supermarket around the hotel. Room is new and clean. Breakfast is very nice, but a bit salty to me

after 8pm, no staff will attend you. I encountered room key card problem, but I can't find any staff can help. Finally I found a notice asking me to call an emergency number. If my phone do not have roaming service, I definitely cannot find the help

The room was nice, both rooms ordered were closed by each other, there is a supermarket under the hotel with very good breakfast deal which is way better then the hotel breakfast :-)

You have to park the car in the garage and they will charge you 8.5 euro per night ! its not mentioned anywhere else and if not they will warn you that you will get a 40 euro fine. The reception only works until 20:00 and later they will leave you a key in a safe, they only provide one key per room and if you forgot the key inside you will have to approach the reception and by night call the security service to open your room while waiting for them to arrive. The room do not have a fridge which is pity !

Breakfast was available onsite. Parking was also provided free in a garage. Rooms and bathrooms very nice and very clean. Amenities provided. Our family room was actually 2 rooms/2 baths with adjoining doors. 😊

Reception and lobby closes around 10 pm. Hotel is located outside of Innsbruck so we had to take a bus into town. However, hotel provides free bus tickets. 😊

Close to the train station into Innsbruck and only 10 mins on the train. Super helpful staff. Clean and modern feeling hotel. Felt safe.

Nothing, hotel underground parking looked good but our vehicle was over 2.10 metres so we couldn’t use it. Staff helped with sorting overnight parking in the supermarket car park. (There was a €9.50 fee for 24 hours though.)

The hotel is a bit outside the city, but it has its advantages. It was easy to reach other attractions such as the Swarovski Museum and the castle. The hotel is very clean, and the staff were friendly.

The incident was caused by Booking due to a mix-up, but the hotel manager reacted very well and I understood what happened.

Easy self-checkin. Supermarket downstairs. Room is modern and comfortable. Need to pay extra for the parking but I appreciate that you could just leave the door key at the driveway exit.

No fridge nor water boiler in the room. The floor is big and long and they put us in the furthest room from the elevator which took a long time to walk.

I like the staff and their proactive communication with us . As I was very late to hop inside the hotel but they provide all the required information which helps us to hop in without any issue

For breakfast they should have some appliances to heat up the bakery and a few more variety of foods specially for asian people's.

This hotel's location is good for just one night, if you are on long journey for example and you need rest. City centre of Innsbruck is 10min by car. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was also good, with a good range of choices. Later check-in wasn't problem, staff sent me self-check-in instructions.

The location is nice, although in an industrial area, it has the benefit of being quiet due to being outside of the city. The view is perfect with the snowy peaks of the mountains right in front of the windows. The garage has a lot of EV charging stations which is great for people traveling in an EV.

The room had a bit of a weird smell, probably because of the carpet floors, but nothing much.
