An amazing hotel with great staffs. The hotel is in immaculate condition. A very well maintained hotel and the room is spotless. The staffs are very attentitive and friendly. I didn't manage to get their names, but it was 2 gentleman man at the reception counter and a fine lady at the breakfast hall. Breakfast was superb with good selections for vegetarians as well. I didn't get to spend much time at the hotel. Probably will make a visit during the winter to experience the facilities and good hospitability. The staffs at the hotel make it a pleasant place for travellers to stay. The view from my room balcony was pleasant.

A fantastic experience. Before all, the cleaning: one of the most clean hotel I have ever seen in my life, you can see it in every angle of the room (no sign of dust, very-very satisfying). The hotel is located in a very-quiet area, not so far from Innsbruck (very suggested also to visit it). Check-in can be done by app, a 4-number access pin is sent just before the stimated arrival time so it could be possible to go directly to the room (anyway a welcoming reception will give you also the standard key, just to avoid any inconvenience). Breakfast is very comfortable, with quality food and good spaces. Parking is in a quiet position, very close to the hotel.

Only 15 minutes from Innsbruck by car. Free parking, very clean room with comfortable beds and quality bed linen. Peaceful location with incredible mountain views. Traditional style, lovely yard and terrace. Breakfast was tasty and OK for us.

Unfortunately, the entrance code didn’t work — we had the same issue mentioned in another review. Luckily, someone was still there before 22:00 to give us a key. Also, breakfast selection could be a bit wider for a 4* hotel.

The rooms are really big, clean we had a balcony as well. We didn't miss anyhting, breakfast was tasty and you could eat outside which was really nice. They have free parking and SPA. I really recommend staying here instead of Innsbruck

All was good, except the jacuzzi didn't work at the time. It's good that they have selfchekin option because it felt like they are understaffed during the eveneing, but didn't make a big difference in our experience

Room was great, lovely view and the restaurant downstairs wasn't too bad either. Shower was great and super spacious. Parking on site.

No Aircon made it rough in the heat of summer but heaps of windows to open which worked okay. Bit remote out of town, more of a village vibe but cute.

Location and the hotel overall, staff and food were great, very peaceful and calm. Traditional setting and style and the balcony with the views of the mountains and the birds and goats with their bells was truly wonderful.

Nothing it was a piece of serenity just 15 minutes from the city

The breakfast was basic but good. Our room and bathroom was very nice and spacious (with a very comfortable bed) We found the location to be very relaxing and peaceful! The staff were very helpful, suggesting places to dine and also walking trails to try.

Good location and with the guest card the receptionist gave me, free on the bus to Hall and Innsbruck, so I didn't have to drive everywhere. This is a beautiful area. It is a lovely hotel, huge room, balcony, welcoming receptionist - friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast. Amazing views. Restaurant ok for dinner. Not open Saturday or Sunday, but plenty of options in Hall and Innsbruck.

The pillows are uncomfortable.

We arrived on a Monday to find out its online check-in and the restaurant is closed, fortunately we found a restaurant up the road could accommodate us for food

The Spa, even though it was closed the next day!

There's absolutely no one around at the reception to ask about anything, I've o ly seen staff at breakfast time. No ameneties given in the bathroom, o ly a bottle of shampoo that serves as soap, shampoo and conditioner. No kettle.
