This is really nice hotel for the mountain vacation Best breakfast ever Staff is very helpful

Well, probably the first complain is to Booking itself. I was looking for the place to stay for one night in the middle of my motorbike tour. I started to look for the accommodation few minutes before 8PM. This hotel has a very good late time discount and I booked it. Just after it I recognized that check-in is till 8PM. If the nice lady on reception didn't wait for me, I would be late (and I was need to drive fast to get there) Generally speaking, I would say that Booking doesn't need to present the option so close to the close time. Another issue: I got a room in the next hotel, 2 km away from the main building. If I would pay a full price for 4* hotel, I would be very disappointed. Restaurant is open till 21:30. You need to count on it if you are late traveler

I really liked the cleanliness of the apartments! It was not just clean but with the impression that everything was super new. Even though, there were scratches, it still had the feeling that I was the first guest there. Moreover, there is everything needed in the kitchen which allows you to cook properly. Also, the space is big enough to have a rest for not only the one person. Beautiful view from the balcony. I even saw a little doe. To sum up, everything was great!

The window in the bedroom has poor noise insulation so sometimes I got bothered by the noise from car passing the house. The shower drips a little at night.

I only stayed for one night, while traveling through Austria. I wish I could have stayed more to be honest. The staff has been great, with uncomplicated and helpful communication before my arrival. The room was just amazing. Clean, spacious, comfortable bed and sofa. The bathroom was perfect too, with everything needed for a relaxing evening. The balcony was also nice, with some very pretty views. The fact that I could also have my dog with me, at a hotel like that, is something that I appreciate so much. I didn't use the restaurant, spa, or properly had breakfast there, because of my traveling schedule, so I don't have an opinion about those, but based on my overall experience I can't imagine that those won't be of great quality as well.

Everything was perfect. We had a great price deal for a big room with balcony, good view and cool bathroom. It was winter and the room was very well heated, bed was comfy and it was quiet, even tho there was a wedding/party at the restaurant late at night. Food was good in the morning, staff was nice. There was a nice fireplace at the reception, in the evening, was nice to sit there and watch it. The whole place has a rustic vibe to it, which we liked.

Was a bit worried about parking spaces at night, but it turned out not to be a problem for us.

What did we like, the Al;penhotel was brilliant had to pay extra for our room but with what was available for one night was plenty the view was worth it. Had a meal in the restaurant which we both enjoyed and the waiter was brilliant. Plenty to choose from at breakfast also staff very helpful even the cleaner gave me more coffee pods, we would deffo go back when travelling through : )

Errrrrm nothing it was a lovely hotel grounds, area where its situated, everything fabulous ideal for a nice break away : )

I stayed at the Michaelerhof pension, which is the ‘brother’ of the Alpenhotel Speckbacher Hof (1,9km away). The accommodation is really ‘retro’ but at a reasonable price. Great place to stay for 1-2 nights in case of heading to Brenner and further on, with an afternoon hike in the area. The location is great, close to hiking trails and in the middle of beautiful countryside. The breakfast was at the Speckbacher Hof and it was absolutely amazing.

There was no mattress protector on the bed.

Beautifully alpine. Very comfortable & quiet. Stunning area. Very friendly reception staff. The most incredible breakfast.

Arrived late but didn’t know I had been put in the sister hotel which was some way from the main hotel on foot. Luckily somebody gave me a lift there but I had to walk back in the morning for breakfast. It was a lovely place though. Sadly there was no working wifi as there was supposed to be. Overall really good still.

Beautiful hotel! It had everything we needed, plus they allowed dogs, which was great. The room had a breathtaking view directly of the mountains, and the breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food. The staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant for dinner sometimes felt understaffed. There was only one person serving the tables, and it got quite busy at times, so we think one waitress is not enough for the number of guests. It would be nice if they could have more staff.

Very nice environment We stayed in the sistershotel which was 3 Minutes by car from th mein one - it was very nice, the room was big and clean The receptionist was friendly and helpful The breakfast was tasty with a nice selection of things

The food at the Restaurant was average The organisation of breakfast was chaotic, we weren't assigned a clean table and had to wait for quite some time till somebody took away the dirty dishes

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a breathtaking view — the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the outstanding service, especially from the receptionist, who was incredibly warm, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this location!
