The hotel is small, family-run, situated in the hills above Schwaz, near Achensee. A great starting point for hiking and cycling tours. As a family of 5 we had 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean, each with a terrace. The garage has a shared fridge and space for bikes. Breakfast was great.

Beds have feather duvets and pillows. Most people will probably welcome them, but I, as a strong allergy to feathers, immediately had an allergic reaction. I solved it with a double dose of antihistamines and putting the blankets out of my reach:)

I found the stuff nice and friendly. And breakfast was really good. The small portions at the buffet, I find, were the right size and the choice of food was diverse. The refill of the buffet was a bit slow at times, but that was probably related to the a lot of guests comming to breakfast at the same time. Otherwise, it was quite good for the price. The room was nice and clean, with comfortable bed and clean sheets. We also had a stunning view to the valey and the mountains across. That made the stay more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is a bit challenging when you are searching for some lunch options near by. It's a pity that the hotel doesn't offer lunch nor dinner. So for lunch we had to drive down to the valley, to the restaurant the hotel stuff recommended. The recommendation was really good. But when comming back from a hike there is no restaurant open at lunch time near your hotel, that could be a bit tiresome and annoying.

Weerberg village is quite isolated, if you want to go somewhere to eat or have a meal, you need to go there by car

Views over the valley from our balcony were fantastic, especially during sunset. Room was nice and comfortable. There was plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel.

Breakfast could have more variety but I understand that it is quite small hotel. There are no restaurants close by but there is a large supermarket nearby.

The family that runs Hotel Garni Regina is friendly and competent. It feels like we're visiting family while we're there. The breakfasts are the best in Austria! The setting is relaxing with great views.

It is in a beautiful location but requires a car to get there and to get around. Parking spaces are limited.

The views from the hotel are great and the family that runs it is very friendly. breakfast was good and in the evening you can use the cosy room to relaxt, play a board game (that are available)etc. After a day on the slopes (fugen is c. 25 min by car) the good warm showers where nice too.

something to consider is that there are limited restaurants nearby, so you will need a car to get around.

The hotel is very cute! It's run by family, but super professional! Especially the breakfast, the staff served us warm drink, and the buffet offers lots of options and very delicious! The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable and the duvet is so soft like clouds.

In Booking Hotel Regina only has one picture with balcony, which is mountain-facing, and that led me think that the room I booked would also be like that. However there are rooms that have the mountain-facing balcony, and other with a balcony with a view of loan and the hill. While this is good for me, because the loan-view room is not facing the road - it's very quiet, it's still something that made me feel disappointed a bit in the beginning. But with all that, I can definitely recommend Hotel Regina to anyone - it's sparkling clean and has great staff and facilities. I'd definitely come back again!

It was a surprisingly nice place to stay. Calm place with unique nature and beautiful view from balcony. Room was clean and cosy. We liked breakfast a lot. It contained homemade eggs, cheese and milk. It is a family hotel with kind owners who showed us the hotel with warm welcome. We will surely stay again.

I had to fold my cushion so that it would better support my head because it was too soft for me. But I guess this is too much subjective and personal point of view.

The hotel is in a village far from everything...you would think. There is a nice restaurant and a supermarket in the nearby (10 minutes by foot). To get to the hotel you need to take a ca 5 km long mountain road to the hotel, that's why I had the feeling that the hotel is in the middle of nothing. This is the "price" you have to pay for the beautiful view.
