Gorgeous family run hotel in a traditional Tyrolean house in a fairytale setting. The hotel is on a hill overlooking the opposite side of the Zillertal valley, surrounded by rolling green fields, a cute playground for kids, an outdoor natural swimming pool. We had a two bedroom apartment with a little kitchenette and living room, and a huge balcony to sit outside and enjoy the views. The wellness area of the hotel is on another level! Sophisticated but super cosy lounge area to read a book, wonderful infinity pool that was warm enough to spend time in and enjoy the view, several saunas, all with a stylish designer interior. There were many other families with kids so we didn't have to worry that our boys were the loudest :) the hotel is truly kid friendly :). We had great conversations with the owners Patrick and Annie who shared stories of the hotel and the area, and were extremely helpful and kind responding to our needs. We had a fantastic stay and hope to return again!

Very friendly family runs the hotel. The view is breathtaking. The breakfast is Super. It’s the perfect place to spend your vacation specially if you have kids. The playground is amzing as well. We can’t really get over how sweet this family is, specially anny, even with our child. I highly recommand this place. you will not regret it.

The properties well located & well managed by a family. The family members are friendly & supportive. They are also helpful. The Chalet was fully furnished and clean. Also the main building ( hotel) has many facilities like an open infinity swimming pool.

The property is great but it could be cheaper as the booking was offseason.

Starting from the very beginning, the property owner checked in on us to make sure we were okay when she saw that we were arriving beyond the selected check in time. Once we arrived, there was a garage inside with around 10 car spaces. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. We were kindly upgraded for free to a very spacious apartment with the best view. The hotel caters for everyone (including kids - there is a playground). It is such a peaceful, serene place - from the breakfast room, to our own room, to the pool area, the bbq area. Do not miss out on cooking your own food and eating it by the fire under the stars whilst watching the nearby villages’ flickering lights at nighttime. It is a UNIQUE experience. Would return in a heartbeat.

From the moment we drove into the car park beneath the hotel, we knew we were in for something special. We arrived early, but our room was already ready which allowed us to enjoy this stunning place for longer. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the property, and shared her emotions towards this place. Our studio room was very big, smelled beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a balcony with stunning mountain views. We received a thoughtful welcome guide with info about the sauna, pool, and restaurant recommendations. The wellness area is brand new and absolutely jaw dropping, an infinity heated pool with massage jets, multiple saunas, a snack and drinks station, reading lights, bikini dryer!!! , natural outdoor pool, BBQ area, and beautifully designed gardens. They even offer massages and sell their handmade soaps and products! The owners were exceptional, always smiling, kind, and genuinely welcoming, the hospitality is something that stays in your memories forever. The hotel is just a short walk from the town center with plenty of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was incredible and served with such warmth that we felt like part of the family. Truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly, highly recommended!

Exceptional wellness area. Very clean and spacious apartment, perfect layout of the apartment (two equal double bedrooms, two bathrooms, common living room, dining room and kitchen area). Awesome breakfast (lots of fresh fruit and juices, high quality cheese and yoghurt, oat milk cappuccino). Kids are allowed in the wellness area until 18:00. Great kids room. Very attentive hosts.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like. But two things that could be even better in my opinion: the kitchen and living room in the apartment could be as modern as the renovated parts of the hotel (didn’t mind the rustic/authentic look of the bedrooms and bathrooms in the apartment) and the oat milk cappuccino would taste even better with oatly :)

We absolutely adored this cosy hotel. The family who run it are the most welcoming and kind people - they gave us great tips on things to do and helped us book beautiful local restaurants during our stay. The room was a great size for our family and spotlessly clean. The spa area was great - we loved the heated outdoor pool with magical views of the snow covered mountains. The breakfast was exceptional - such a beautiful cosy space with so many lovely fresh options to choose from. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back :)

It was an amazing trip on my Birthday. Full relax at Wellness and spa area! 👍🏻It was gorgeous! Exceptional design of the whole property! Very stylish and modern! Heated pool outside, super amazing saunas with all possible facilities inside! Service is just 100% out of 100%! Very friendly and wonderful people! All around is done and organized with love! The view is even better than in the picture! It was one of the best trips, we were fully impressed! Definitely 100% recommend!👍🏻

The location is absolutely stunning—peaceful and scenic, offering a perfect escape. The breakfast is exceptional, with a vast array of choices and thoughtful daily extras. The morning newsletter with local suggestions, snacks at the sauna, and beautifully prepared treats add so much charm. Above all, the warm and welcoming family made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to return!

The pillows were a bit thin, but that’s really minor!

I loved the location — the views were breathtaking and the entire atmosphere was calm and serene. The staff made us feel like part of a family. The spa was wonderful and the pool was absolutely magical.

I wasn’t very comfortable with the room. I think the bed could be more comfortable and the furniture could be improved. Room service also needs some enhancement for a more relaxing experience.
