Fantastic Stay at AC Hotel Innsbruck! A great hotel, at a fantastic location. You can walk to the main square in a short time. You also have few eateries around the hotel. The rooms have excellent views of the surrounding mountains, especially at the higher levels of the hotel. We took deluxe mountain view room. It was amazing sunrise view from the room. Mountains are visible while lying at your bed. Breakfast was good and but my advise to chef that please add other type of juices also. In two days only provided orange juice in breakfast. Hotel near to central station walkable distance and old city also nearby. Indian two restaurant also near by. We will again visit in winter They have an underground parking facility, hence the parking wasn't too difficult. Rating: 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent hotel, stayed 7 nights. The hotel location is great, a few steps and you are in the old city, close to all the sites, shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. You don't have to drive at all. There is private parking for your car, which is an advantage. A large, clean and spacious room with a great view of the mountains and the city. A large and comfortable bathroom. The best breakfast we have had in Europe with a large and varied selection. And the most important thing is the smile and kindness of the hotel staff. And for that it deserves a score of 10.

Excellent, as always. Second time staying here, first time with family and the experience was fantastic. Superb location, a short walk to the centre of town, convenient underground parking, ski room to dry boots and gear. Breakfast was lovely with a great deal of choice. Chromecast for the little one in the evening. Will definitely be staying here again.

They seem to have changed the toilet paper to sand paper, for some reason. Couldn't figure out how to turn the heating down. It was baking, even with the air con blasting out at 17. Definitely not a deal breaker and I'm sure they would have sorted it if we asked.

The location of the hotel is only a 6-minute walk from and to the train station and also a few minutes to the old town of Innsbruck. Enjoyed their breakfast with a wide array of selection of dishes. Love it even more because their cold cut section included Jamon Serrano and Manchego cheese. So good and I looked forward to breakfast every morning! 😋. And the trams also stop in front of the hotel making it so convenient to hop in and out to ride around town. And of course, the room was big with 2 comfy beds. My sister & I rate AC Hotel as the best one that we have stayed in during our 3 weeks in Europe. The staff were so friendly and helpful, too.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and really made our trip even more special. Everything was clean and the breakfast buffet was lovely - it had a lot of variety and options for tea, coffee, bread, cereals and all the usual western breakfast items. It was conveniently located between the train station and the old town. The mountain view room on the 12th floor was absolutely wonderful!! We stayed here just one day before the Easter holiday and it was very quiet. They had a steam bath and sauna opened from 4pm to 10pm; we didn't use it though. Slippers and bath robes available and can request for other amenities like toothbrush (very useful as I didnt bring any). Tea & coffee machine in room.

Our recent stay at the AC Innsbruck Hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff's professionalism and hospitality were exceptional, with special mention to Deniz at reception who provided remarkable service. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious room on the 14th floor, offering breathtaking views of both the city and mountains. The room itself was well-equipped with excellent soundproofing, efficient air conditioning, and good water pressure. The hotel's location proved perfect for exploring Innsbruck and its surroundings, just a 10-minute walk to the old town and well-connected to public transport (with a complimentary 7-day pass included in our stay). The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering an impressive variety of high-quality foods and beverages. While the hotel offers convenient underground parking with direct access, do note it comes at an extra cost and spots cannot be reserved. Additional amenities include a sauna and gym, though we didn't get to try these during our stay.

an additional towel hanger or two near the sink would have been helpful.

The AC hotel is situated very close to the train station. It is only a few minutes by walk. The breakfast is very good and it consists of savoury and sweet items. The room was very clean and the hotel itself is very welcoming. We managed to visit all the places we planned by walk so it is quite central. The only landmark we could not go to by walk was Swarovski Crystal worlds which we reached by shuttle service offered at the train station. But the jewel of the hotel was Deniz, the guest relations manager at the hotel. He made our stay memorable by going above and beyond to ensure we had the best holiday possible. We will definitely stay at the AC Hotel when we visit Innsbruck again and hopefully we will be lucky to see Deniz again. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

Breakfast was delicious, variety was good, hot food wasn’t warm which was a shame. The staff were pleasant and helpful at reception and in the restaurant. Hotel is clean, great atmosphere and our room on the 14th floor was perfect with an amazing view over Innsbruck. Over all I’d recommend and stay again at this hotel. It’s walking distance to so much including the train station and the bus and tram stop is right out the front of the hotel.

Food not hot at breakfast. The wooden floor in our room got dirty and wet easy when we came in after being in the snow etc, a mat inside the door near hanging area would be helpful.

Overall, a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, and the addition of a dining table could be useful for longer visits, even though I didn’t use it. The view from the room was excellent. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

- Shower pressure was extremely low, the weakest I’ve experienced in any 4-star hotel. - Breakfast lacked variety. It would have been better with more options, especially freshly made hot omelets. This was the first Marriott I’ve stayed at where no live omelet station was available.

It was my second time in your hotel - in general I always enjoyed very good location of the hotel, good parking and great view from the window. But what made my stay each time to a very pleasant and nice experience it was very professional approache of Mr. Deniz in the reception. He has really - I think - become to a "brand" of your hotel and has very significant contribution to the good mood, spirit and feeling of your guests in the reception. I would also mention and thank for the service of Mr. Lorenz at the breakfast, I perceive him as a "stille, verlaessliche Kraft" in your team.
