Good prior support. Easy to find and to get to. Fairly simple check-in. Two room 'keys'. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tidy clean quiet room. Good bed, shower and wifi. Good blockout curtains. Drying rack for towels. Bar fridge with plenty of space. Pleasant restaurant on site. Supermarkets nearby. Hotel provided travelcard with free city transport. Bus stop outside the hotel. Otherwise an easy 10-15 minute walk to city through part by the lovely riverside. Would stay again. Innsbruck is very scenic and interesting and worth visiting.

There was a bit of a queue for check-in when we arrived. We used the self-check-in machine instead. That was quick and simple but it required us to re-enter information provided online before. Otherwise we found Rufi's very good. Rufi's is a little away from the city centre so that may be a consideration for some people. But the city is easy to access by foot or bus and the hotel is quiet and in a pleasant location.

Rufi’s Hotel is an excellent place to stay! The design is modern and cozy, and the room offered an amazing view that we absolutely loved. Breakfast was exceptional — one of the best we’ve ever had. The location is fine, with the railway station and the funicular to Hafelekar both reachable within 30 minutes on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Innsbruck!

We stayed here during our first visit to Innsbruck to see our son who relocated from the U.S. The hotel was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Our room included a mini fridge, espresso machine, a convenient towel warmer and makeup mirror in the bathroom. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept well. Staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The location was perfect — just steps from the river walk and a short walk to Old Town. A great stay overall — highly recommended!

A few small things — washcloths and an extra blanket would have been nice, though we understand that’s not always standard in Europe. The open shower made the floor a bit wet, but overall, it was a great stay.

The hotel is great, the location is comfortable in walking distance from old town and there is a bus right there as well. The room was spacious and clean with everything needed inside and the staff were very nice and informative. The breakfast was excellent and there is a big parking space.

Weak air-conditioning in the room

Absolutely loved everything!!! We arrived at 12.00 - we were accommodated immediately, asked to change the room (we wanted a city view) - yes too!!! The room was clean and had excellent soundproofing - we slept well after a long journey!! I would like to separately praise the breakfast. IT IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE - ONE OF THE BEST BREAKFASTS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN HOTELS!!! In addition, a welcome bonus of a casino chip for 3 euros per person, you can buy tea or coffee!!! Very nice lobby area, with free soft drinks that will be replaced when they run out!!! 10 minutes walk to the "House with the Golden Roof" and the city center. We will definitely come back!!!

Everything was perfect, the room wide and very cleaned, the underground parking, the hall very cozy. The staff very kind. The position is good since in 15 minutes you can reach the centre walking.

I would definitely come back to Rufi's Hotel Innsbruck. Initially we booked it because we were at a loss at what to choose and as Rufi is the name of our late dog, we opted for this one, and we were SO GLAD we did. The room was lovely, spacious, clean, comfy beds and a great shower. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and even offered us an Innsbruck pass (which was awesome!) because we stayed for two days. The hotel bar was lovely and they had a good selection of food on the menu. Special thanks to Carla/Karla on the front desk for being super helpful, attentive and extremely professional when I required her help later in contacting my brother due to a medical emergency - thank you!

Cannot fault this place. My brother ended up extending his stay and I wish I could have also! It was great not being directly in the middle of the old town, as the walk along the river was very enjoyable and allowed us to experience some other parts of the city outside of the old-town. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. I only wish I'd had more time to enjoy the bar and restaurant a bit more. All the staff were extremely professional and friendly, can only recommend!

We only stayed for one night, but our experience was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff. What really stood out was the attention to detail throughout the hotel—it’s clear they go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms were super clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a great view from our room, adding to the experience. Another big plus was the secure parking with well-organized spaces, giving us peace of mind about our car’s safety. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely return!

We only needed slippers for the room, but other than that everything else was really nice.

Everything. This is a wonderful hotel and in an excellent location in the heart of Innsbruck. If you are travelling by car it has free parking which is a rare find in the city. The room are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. And an amazing shower, always so good after a long journey or a day hiking or sightseeing. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nothing could be improved. Except we would have liked to stay longer!
