The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to make my stay enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request or provide recommendations. The breakfast was good. The hotel's location was highly convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by numerous amenities. A tram stop was conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, a massive supermarket complex was just a short walk away, providing everything I needed during my stay.

The hotel is quite old and could use some renovation, particularly in the bathrooms.

Great hotel, free big parking. The rooms were big, amazingly clean (also cleaned every day by the staff). The breakfast was rich. The best thing about this is the staff - they made us feel very welcome, cleaned the rooms daily and you could see them working a lot to keep the hotel as clean and good as possible. I had a room at the 8th floor and it was still cool in July (they have fans, not AC) and also quiet, even if the airport is nearby. Great view from the window. Also, on each floor, there is a balcony outside where you can stay and enjoy the view, or smoke.

We are a couple from India and we were on a vacation. The room was spacious and well lit. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. They have a very good breakfast spread so we didn't have to worry about it. The best part was that the bus stop was right outside the hotel on the other side of the road, so commute was easy even if the city center was 10 mins away from the hotel.

I wish they had provided a ceiling fan or a portable fan or an air conditioner. We traveled in summer and it was very hot in the room 😞

Quiet hotel a mile from the centre of innsbruck but two roads lead directly to it and its about 35 mins walk. A tram will drop you off outside the door but I preferred to walk. Room was clean and tidy and reasonably spacious. Power 🚿 Breakfast very good

I couldn't remember how much i paid on booking. com. It was a little pricey for what it was.

It is a magnificent hotel, quite large rooms. There is a very big kitchen, refrigerators and freezer on the floors. The breakfast is very good, we liked the hot boiled egg with feta cheese the most. They allowed us to check in early. The location is super, there is a bus stop at 20 meters .The lady I think is the owner or manager of the hotel is very helpful and very hospitable. Special thanks to Stuzana at the reception. She patiently answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Finally, we think this hotel should have a score of 10. Definitely going to Innsbruck again next year. We will come and stay in this hotel.

Perfect location with a tram/bus stop right out front! Breakfast was beyond my expectations and delicious every morning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again.

Excellent location easy walk into the old town. Very good breakfast loads of choice. Our room was very big, lovely view we could see the ski jump. Very good parking, staff/ owner were so lovely and extremely helpful. We arrived very early and they helped us out with an early check in so we could see more of the city. I could not recommend more highly.

The Hotel needs a serious facelift and replacement of stained sheets, covers etc. there was a terrible garlic smell on our whole floor but didn't go into the room.. install a lock on bathroom doors please.

Really nice place to stay, it was clean, the room was big and comfy. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was nice, there could have been more of a selection of meats and cheese but was all tasty and replenished well. It was great to have parking, you can pay extra to go in the garage which was perfect for us as when we were leaving it was raining so we could stay dry. The tram is right outside so can get you into town easily or it’s about 20 mins to walk.

Parking was good, there are some places behind the hotel and the whole garage. Be careful , tho, the ceiling of the garage is not so high, that can bring some problems if you would like to open back of your car. Breakfast was good, everything you need at morning.

Actually, everything was pretty fine. The hotel is not super fancy and new, but for me it does not matter at all. Also, elevator was pretty old but again - who cares, it works and its big enough. I don't know what else to say
