This is a beautiful property located not far from the city center, offering stunning views of the Austrian Alps. Our children especially enjoyed the hotel’s private football pitch and swings just across the road. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, with frequent buses to the city center — and the complimentary city passes made getting around easy and free. The staff were exceptional, with special thanks to Jerome, Liz (Elizabeth), Carmen, Sophie, and Mike for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. During our 18-day tour across Europe (Hungary, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, and France), no place matched the exceptional hospitality we experienced at Penz West — it truly stood out. We would love to come back and stay in this hotel, if we get a chance again. Breakfast had a nice variety, and we particularly appreciated the selection of local products.

We would have appreciated if ironing facilities were given in the room itself instead of going to the basement.

The welcome was excellent. ,shame I didn't get the name of the lady who wleomed us _ she was very friendly and made us feel very welcome,she helped us with directions to town so we could explore the city more. Service at the bar was excellent as well and so was the gentleman who helped with our breakfast when my family weren't able to come down to the restaurant.All round great experience _ I recommend this as its also really close to the airport and the City.

Would be good if the restaurant could open on Mondays as I was informed it was closed when we arrived which was a shame, but still enjoyed our experience 😁

I would call Penz West a hidden gem. We stayed at the hotel with friends the night we got into Innsbruck before heading for holiday in the Dolomites. We stayed there again when flying out after that. The staff was courteous, and customer service focused. They checked us in quickly so we could get to our rooms after a long day. Food at the restaurant was great with the best apple struedel we had during our time in Austria. Breakfast was wonderful as well, and the staff even started it early the day we flew out so we could eat before leaving. Rooms were comfortable and roomy. Lastly, it's a 5 minute walk to the airport. We will stay there again.

I would like compliment the reception staff on both night and morning time. We arrive Innsbruck at late night with very cold weather. We ask check-in staff for water boiler, she come up with water boiler + enough tea and paper cup for everyone. Breakfast is also good. Private parking is big enough. I love the elevator and automatic door at ground floor, it is very convenience for those who have big luggage and stuff. Panorama view room was meet our expectation. Although the hotel is located near airport, the rooms are very quiet.

The room was very nice and we had a great view of the mountains. The hotel is located on the west side of Innsbruck away from the hustle/bustle of the main town. It was a 7-10 min. drive into the city center. The breakfast was amazing. They have a great patio area. The restaurant's food was good. Would definitely stay here again if I am in Innsbruck again.

Goo size room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, free parking, 10 minutes bus to centre. Also given free public transfort welcome cards.

Room air conditioning, could not lower temp below 20C. It was hot in the night. Also hotel staff, one lady said she will ask maintenance to reduce temp to 17 C but other lady said its centrally controlled and temp cannot be lowered further

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, really made the trip get off with a good start. The room was spacious and well equipped. Given the location of the hotel, the bus service was easily accessible and made travel into the heart of Innsbruck and back extremely easy. The breakfast service with nice strong coffee was also a great way to start the day, with a variety of foods and friendly waiting staff.

Spotlessly clean with five star service. I had some medication with me that I needed to keep chilled, and the staff very kindly offered to keep it in their own fridge for me during my stay in case my room mini bar fridge wasn't cold enough. My room was quiet and tastefully appointed. It is a few minutes walk from Innsbruck airport. I would stay here again.

Some man barged into my room in the morning despite the fact that I had the 'do not disturb' sign up.

I stayed here for the proximity tothe airport. It is literally a few minutes walk down the road which was amazing. Breakfast is served in a large airy room and all the food was really tasty. The bar area lacked a bit of atmosphere but I was just pleased to have got there after a long day of travelling. The room was stunning, big with a lovely sofa to relax in.

The bar area could have been a bit more welcoming but the staff made up for that as they were great.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was quiet. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Bus into the Old Town was easy and convenient, €3.

The hotel is actually SEVEN minutes walk from the airport or TEN if pulling luggage or a trolley (not 2 minutes as their website says) . This would make a big difference if the weather is bad. Luckily the pouring rain stopped just in time. Dinner was mediocre, only worked as a convenient option.
