We were surprised and uncomfortable when the receptionist entered our apartment without knocking or asking for permission. He even walked up to the bedroom door while we were inside. When I stepped out, he said the TV was not allowed. Regardless of the reason, entering the apartment without permission is unacceptable, and I don’t know how he even had access.

Aside from this issue, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped, and located in a beautiful area. I still recommend it for families — it’s a great place to stay if privacy is respected.

The room was tidy and nice to look at. Restaurant in the hotel building had good meals, the staff was friendly. We were travelling without a car and it seemed that travelling to Innsbruck and Tyrol / back to the hotel will be problematic, but the tram and buses routing to Natters were quick (30 minutes and a 5 minute walk) and were available every hour.

The AC unit was malfunctioning, making noise while operating however we could still use the fan which helped (the room can get quite warm). A roof window was janky and it got stuck while trying to close it, out of fear that we may break something we had to call a technician, he solved the problem right away The lighting in the bathroom was a little poor.

Our room was the one on the ground floor. Very easy access to unload and load the car. Huge fridge to store all our stuff (beer). Good thing there was an full sized oven. Very convenient to warm up the pizzas leftover from the previous day that we got from the in-house restaurant. A convenient store located in town has everything you might need. Sufficient parking. Very friendly staff. Thanks.

I wish they had a microwave. The heating was slightly on the warm side, even with the lowest setting. Highest setting close lo lava.

Very specious apartment basic but with everything you would need for a short break. Clean, the bins were changed daily. It was a bit of travel from Innsbruck however, the transport link was Ok and also convenient for skiing in Muttereralm. There is also nice restaurant and bar on a side you can use in the evening (no breakfast though)

Nothing really but if I was to find something, maybe the bed arrangement could be better

There is no breakfast included, the hotel restaurant works from 5 PM. So you need to bring the food with you or buy it in nearest shops (closest one is in 700 meters).

free parking and good wifi, checkin and checkout is possible to do without any staff by online instructions.

The restaurant is really tasty with great food and an awesome selection and really wonderful dining. The location was also great too - if you like to be out of the city. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Nothing really stood out as not liking... but I might say that because of the structure of the room, it felt as if the kitchen area needed a window and didn't really air well.

Spacious, comfortable, friendly staff, tennis courts and tennis equipment free of charge that can be used. Amazing restaurant. Bus stop nearby. Online checkin. Location is in the countryside, but small town with shops is in a walkable distance, as well as the outside swiming area 10 mins on foot from the hotel.

Everything. Really calm, we really could charge our batteries. No reception required, we could do everything by ourselfs check-in, check-out. Good beds, shower, a lot of space in the room and an delicious and cozy Restaurant downstairs.

Sometimes the shower was cold and second later was extremely hot. But it was oke, i had it way worst somewhere else. Still will give the shower a 7 out of 10.

Apartment was clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were warm. We had enough space for parking. The place certainly met our expectations.

The place is generally a bit outdated but I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it. It’s just a an observation point. I didn’t really care about it at all.

The apartment is very useful for a long stay. The kitchen was stocked with just what was needed. Maid service every day.

The lobby and halls smell like cigarettes. No coffee and sugar provided. The hot water pot had burnt milk in the bottom of it. No fan for hot summer nights.
