Its a cozy hotel. The stuff were lovely and they all speak multi languages

The ventilation system in the kitchen is bad, so the food smell is everywhere in the hotel

It is a very good hotel in the hills just outside Innsbruck, therefore suitable both to visit the city and to to have outdoors activities in the area (just a couple of kilometers away there is gondola lift available (summer for bikepark, winter for sky). The staff is great and available to help you (for example they found a safe location where to put my ebike). Great restaurant where we had tow dinners based on local food. Private parking. At walke distance there is the center of the village with some shops. The room was very pleasant and quiet

The bathroom was obsolete, a little bit smelling bad. The breakfast was good but not exceptional

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the dinners were very good as well. We loved the views from our room and the outdoor dining area. It was very convenient to the tram as well; 3 minute walk. We enjoyed the sauna and pool as well. Most places don't have a sauna and a pool so that was a plus!

The team ride to Innsbruck was 25 minutes; just need to plan accordingly. The tram runs every 30 minutes until 9pm at which time it only runs hourly ending at approx 11pm.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Sonnhof. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the balcony had an excellent view on to the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary Innsbruck Welcome Card also made travel around Innsbruck free! The swimming pool was unfortunately being renovated when we were there, but the sauna was lovely and a great place to wind down after a long day out. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a short 4-5 minute walk to the tram stop; the tram comes every 30-60 minutes (depending on time of day) and takes around 25 minutes to get into the centre of Innsbruck. Overall we had an incredible time and would definitely stay again!

I do yoga in the morning - I would like an area or room to use with access to wifi so I can play my videos on YouTube. I did go to the games room on the lower basement floor but the internet did not work Also, the swimming pool room was too hot, did not see the swimming pool water being circulated, so I never used the pool The pool water temperature seemed fine The size of the room seemed a bit crammed for 3 people The temperature of the room got too hot at night. Was not sure how to regulate this

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains, especially from the large windows in the restaurant area. The breakfast has a good variety to choose from, and we also had a lovely dinner in the restaurant one evening. The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. We traveled by car, so the location was not an issue, but the hotel is located 2 minutes from a tram stop, which allows for easy access to different parts of the city even if you don't travel by car.

Premises are clean,.staff friendly and professional. A good bigger swiming pool, but below average spa zone like in 90s. Hotel is bit out of Innsbruck 5km, at more quite and higher position in a small village Mutters, but definitely not within the walking distance to downtown Innsbruck.Good breakfast, average food in restaurant, luckily not crazy expensive. Definitely top desert Kaiserschmaren you have to try!

Rooms are outdated, overall fair hotel, but definitely not a 4* Hotel!

The seating arrangements at breakfast are carefully laid out. Due to a language miscommunication we sat in the wrong place and were quite severe told off by the staff which I wasn’t expecting and found quite embarrassing in public.

very limited options to have dinner for vegetarian and vegans. vegetarial burger was terrible and expensive, then a soup that was just water with some herbs and flour. really no option at all for vegans.

This small family run hotel is a gem. The location is magical, the views of the mountains stunning. There is a tram station 1 minute from the hotel that runs to Innsbruck every 30 minutes (a 30 minute ride) which is really convenient. There is also a gondola that takes you up the mountain, 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was quite good (no sausages though!). The dinner options very nice and big. The garden is quite nice also, to have a beer with your dinner. Last, the bathroom was excellent and clean. Also the views from the balconies. Stunning.

I would prefer if there were more dinning options in the village. There is only on pizzeria (nice one) that opens only for dinner. However, there is a super market that sells all you need, even cooked food (I loved it, sooooo convenient).
