recently had the pleasure of staying at Stage 12, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, placing you right in the heart of the shops and coffee shops. This made exploring the area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was diverse and the quality was outstanding, providing a perfect start to each day. Additionally, the parking facilities were a huge plus, eliminating any stress associated with finding a place to park. Overall, I highly recommend Stage 12 to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The combination of its prime location, delicious breakfast, and parking makes it a top choice. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Amazing location - right in the heart of the city. (The Tivoli swimming pool is only a 20 minute walk away - a really great way to enjoy the view of the mountains while cooling off / watching people jump from the 10 meter diving board). The staff at the desk and breakfast were incredibly friendly. Our room wasn't officially with a mountain view, but you still had a sneak peak of the mountains up there. We stayed in July, and the breakfast buffet had a ridiculous selection of fresh fruit - little passion fruit halves, cherries, watermelon...

I wasn't able to adjust the height of the shower head (the other guest insists it was possible). Both of us found it difficult to use the sink without having water splash all over the bathroom counter - it was as if two different architects had chosen the sink and faucet. Maybe a little washer thing to limit the flow would be a short term solution? There were only two little hooks and one small hand towel bar for hanging damp towels. These are all little things - we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, right in the center of Innsbruck. Surprisingly quiet, given the location. Very helpful staff. Room was well designed. Everything was super clean. Gym was small but adequate. Good air conditioning (hot days in August!). Nice to have hardwood floors as well as windows that could be opened.

Bathroom needed more towel racks! No lobby in the hotel, so no place to sit and relax outside the room. Would have been nice to have a lounge area. Would also have been nice to have some food, such as salads, in the bar. The breakfast was adequate, but more hot dishes would have been appreciated. Slow elevator.

Location was great and the family room set up was perfect for our family of 4 that included our 18 yr old son and our 15 yr old daughter. Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast (best one we had!), and liked that they had a secure room to store our luggage while we explored the area before leaving.

We could not get the room to cool to our preference. We only stayed 1 night and didn’t get to our room until late so didn’t realize we had an issue until the middle of the night (2am) so didn’t call the front desk to ask if they could come up to assist. However we’re confident they would have come up to figure out what was wrong as the staff was very attentive and paid attention to details.

room was really comfy and conveniently located next to hard rock cafe and within walking distance of supermarkets and nordkettenbahnen cable car to top of innsbruck. breakfast was really good as well. one of the few places that offers hot chocolate as part of the breakfast. definitely highly recommended.

nothing. everything was perfect. even extended my stay by 2 extra days in conjunction with the perfect weather to head up to top of innsbruck for the breath-taking views on top the mountain.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, it made the stay even better. Location and facilities are great, you can't be more central while still having a quiet stay. On top the room was spacious and the stunning view of Nordkette from the bed was the cherry on top. Breakfast spread was fantastic.

The size of the bed. When travelling we seek some extra comfort and the bed was simply to narrow. There was plenty space in the room to fit a larger bed to make it even more comfortable for the guests.

Hotel is one street away from the main walking street (Behind hard rock cafe). We headed out to the walking street early and manage to get photos with lesser crowd. Golden roof was 10 mins walk away from hotel. Room is clean but quite squeezy for 4 of us. The hotel parking is easy to find if you follow the direction from the hotel information. There is a entrance to the hotel from the garage. Few supermarkets around the hotel.

The family room is little too small for us. We had 1 big and 2 small luggages.

The location

The receptionist was rude during the check-in. I was talking to them in English. I offered to pay the deposit with American Express, but she insisted I pay with another card; she said we prefer a visa. I responded that I preferred American Express. Then she talked to her colleague in German and said I would laugh at him if the card didn't work ( she thought I didn't speak German). I responded to her in German. Then she said I didn't talk about you. This is not how she would speak to the customers; this is not professional.

The service was really good and so professional that one doesn’t notice being served. The room was really large, pity the triple rooms don’t have mountains view but we didn’t spend much time in the room in any case. The breakfast was awesome with much variety of fresh fruits like i think i ve never seen at any other hotel. The location is superb, it is really at the main square but hidden behind another building connected to the square by an arched passage so its quite and cozy with the bar around the hotel. I liked really everything. The only wish i had was more blinding curtains in the room. Thanks a lot and i totally would recommend everyone to go to Innsbruck and stay at this hotel.

Centrally located in Innsbruck and some very helpful and friendly staff who made the stay that bit easier by navigating the city and ski resorts.

I had a kitchenette in my room and upon request of pans, crockery and cutlery, I was surprised to be told that they only have one set which was out for use at another booking, but this was overshadowed by a following statement that if the kitchenette was to be left uncleaned, an extra cleaning charge would be levied! Happy to have saved this charge as they did not provide the kitchen equipment. The hotel is advertised as a spa hotel, well the steam and sauna rooms were only big enough for 2 people at a time and there was an absence of a hot tube, a facility one would have thought crucial for a ski city hotel!
