- The hotel in located in seefeld which is 20 km away from city. - You can reach need 30-40 min by car or by train. - The location is wonderful and can go for hiking and other leasure activities. - Super market 'Spar' is close and open even on Sundays.

Really convenient location right next to SPAR and the free ski buses to either Rosshutte or Geschwandkopf. The apartment was well equipped and clean.
The lighting could've been better in the bathroom. We found ourselves showering in the dark due to the layout of the lights.

Not too important to the overall impression, but at first it was difficult to find a location to enter the underground parking lot.

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN WITH A VERY NICE VIEW. IT WAS VERY BIG FOR THREE PERSONS AS THEY GAVE US A BIGGER ROOM THAN THE ROOM WE HAD BOOKED WITHOUT EXTRA COST. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND THE OWNER WAS VERY FRIENDLY.
THEY COULD HAVE ONE TV INTO THE BEDROOMS BUT IT IS NOT A PROBLEM.

perfect location, good rooms with all necessary beds and kitchen items available, balcony with view, enough space, wellness was great! beautiful wellness area with sauna infra red, steam room.
the bed couch was a bit small for us but we’re very tall.

Very spacious, excellent value. Well furnished kitchen, good bathroom, incredibly sized terrace. Property manager was very accommodating with a room switch request as we booked a shower room but realized we would like a bathtub last minute. No problem, everything was arranged. Quiet at night, comfortable temperature adjustments.

Price / value ratio. The apartment was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms + a big enough living/dining area. Kitchen was well-equipped.
The couch bed wasn't too comfortable. The other beds were good. Could have been nice if there was liquid soap in the 2nd bathroom, too.
