One of the most remarkable hotels we've ever been. Every room is different, the hotel looks like if you merge different styles and epochs. Every floor has a different colour. Marvellous breakfast where they serve mini pizzas, quiche and lasagna (omong the usual stuff) as well! Very clean place, a short walk (~15 minutes) from "Goldenes Dachl" and main railway station. Our room was a loft facing south and had a superb view to Bergisel ski jump and ... the bath tub was ABOVE the bed and the toilet was somewhat ... transparent!

Nothing. At. All. There's nothing you couldn't like here. except you're too picky ;)

Nice location, short walk from the train station. Room was well-equipped and comfortable, staff was also super friendly! The place also has a small gym downstairs. I didn't try the breakfast so unable to comment but there is a nice bakery selling a lot of baklava and a supermarket beside it just close by.

I asked for an extra pillow while I was on my way out and the staff noted down my request. However, they did not check with me if I was comfortable with them entering my room while I was away so they left the pillow on my bed while I was out. I would have preferred if they checked with me first if I was ok with that.

Super location within 5 minutes' walk of the pedestrian zone and all conveniences, very cool design of both the rooms and the common areas, some of the staff were very kind and helpful.

It may have been due to the time of year - stressful holidays - but some of the staff were a little unfriendly and stressed. In particular it was weird to have the cleaning staff talking loudly and vaccuuming before 9am in the hallways and asking us multiple times when they could clean our room, when it was well before 10am. I am used to feeling a little less stressed in a hotel in the mornings and not feeling like we have to rush out so that the staff can clean (I could understand if it was past 11am or past checkout, but both mornings it happened between 8:30-10am).

Nala Hotel was exactly what we needed after a long 7+ hour journey via train. We stayed in Innsbruck for one night and were looking for a quiet, modern establishment off the main road while still within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Nala delivered all of the above and more. Our room had a double bed, TV, a newly renovated bathroom with amenities, a small side table, and two chairs. Shelves were cleverly built into the wall to maximise the cosy space. But the bed was the highlight - I've never slept so well and woke up feeling refreshed for the journey ahead. There's an elevator, a private garden on the ground floor, and a beautiful terrace on the 3rd floor where guests can partake in refreshments using an honour system. The front desk clerks were incredibly kind, and the complimentary apples and welcome glasses of prosecco were much enjoyed!

We had a wonderful stay at Nala Hotel. Excellent central and quiet location, a few minutes walk to the train station and city centre. Incredible buffet breakfast, one of the best we have ever enjoyed. Fantastic friendly staff who are always helpful. They went above and beyond expectations for us by returning some lost property. We will definitely return and highly recommend to any visitors to Innsbruck.

The fact that The recepcionist waited for us that were supposed to arrive short after midnight. They thought we would arrive later, só they called me to inform they had sent me an email with info for self check in . Also The welcome surprise they have in The rooms .

The hotel rooms are quite unique in decor and remarkably utilize all space. The staff were superbly helpful and hospitable. The breakfast room staff fixed us tea and cookies at no charge, while we awaited our departure taxi. The room was quiet, due to the hotel being located on a quiet side street. The TV included English news channels.

Our room, the Gold Room, had miniature sized chairs, and the bath counter space was about 30 inches from the ground, testing our agility and flexibility. Although the Altstadt can be reached about 12 minutes at a brisk walk, there were few restaurants located between the hotel and there.

It was so unique. The room was small, but ingeniously designed to be efficient. I loved the mural on the wall. Felt like I had a calming friend with me. And the way the shower and toilet were hidden behind the TV wall. Took me a couple minutes to figure it out. So cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the bottle of Prosecco that was provided in the room was so welcomed after a day of traveling. And loved the chocolate too.

Lovely staff, great decor, very comfortable room with excellent shower and facilities. Lots of nice little touches, fruit available in reception, a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, travel passes, chocolates on check out. The most amazing breakfast buffet. €25 is a lot for breakfast and almost put me off, but what an incredible selection there was. Would definitely want to use this hotel again.

Well located, in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the old town. The hotel had lots of interesting features, including a lovely shady garden, and an outside terrace with a self service bar, much appreciated after a long day! The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, Thankyou very much to them for sorting out an issue with our room.

The small rooms are really quite cramped so not very comfortable for us as we were staying for a few days, but the staff were able to move us after a night.
