One of the most remarkable hotels we've ever been. Every room is different, the hotel looks like if you merge different styles and epochs. Every floor has a different colour. Marvellous breakfast where they serve mini pizzas, quiche and lasagna (omong the usual stuff) as well! Very clean place, a short walk (~15 minutes) from "Goldenes Dachl" and main railway station. Our room was a loft facing south and had a superb view to Bergisel ski jump and ... the bath tub was ABOVE the bed and the toilet was somewhat ... transparent!

I stayed in apartment 003 and I absolutely loved it !! My only issue with the room is it’s a little challenging crawling in and out of the enclosed bed, but it’s so comfortable!!

There needs to be better lighting on the side of the building from the street to the gardens/ apartments. It’s pretty dark at the moment. Also there needs to be more equipment in the “gym”. It would also be helpful if the staff would inform guests about prosecco and orange juice available in the lobby and the times it’s available. I wish the breakfast had poached eggs, sausage and potatoes .

An unforgettable stay – stylish, thoughtful, and incredibly welcoming! We stayed at Nala Individuellhotel Innsbruck for just one night, but it was truly a highlight of our trip. The hotel is super stylish, with a unique and artistic design that gives each room its own individuality and charm. You can really feel the attention to detail in every corner. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. They offered us free drinks, and when we brought back some Chinese takeout for dinner, they invited us to enjoy it in the hotel’s beautiful garden. Not only that, but they also provided all the dining equipment we needed, making the experience feel just like home — or even better! The next day, after we had already checked out, we asked if we could have a quick dinner in the garden again. To our surprise and delight, they welcomed us back warmly and once again provided all the dining utensils without hesitation. We can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and hospitality. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Innsbruck and will definitely return if we have the chance!

We loved everything at this hotel. It was so cool, comfortable and welcoming. The garden room was lovely with a little private terrace and a great little kitchenette which had everything you need to cook a meal (sick of eating out after 2+ weeks of travelling). All the little freebies were a nice touch and very appreciated. We generally felt like VIP’s without the price tag that usually goes with it. If you’re staying in Innsbruck, look no further this is the place! Even had free bikes to ride around town on. Couldn’t ask for more, thank you team Nala!!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks and fruit were bonuses. The breakfast buffet was tasty with enough options. The garden room was nice with a small kitchen for us to prepare some simple dishes. The sitting area in the garden was lovely and we enjoyed resting and having small chats after sightseeing. The location of the hotel was perfect where was easy access to the old town, train station, and bus stops. It's a great stay overall.

The kitchen utensils were incomplete....a bit inconvenient to prepare the meals.

Very nice hotel - very close to alle attractions and city center. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable with a pillow menu :-) Upon arrival we were welcomed with af bottle of proceseco in our room. Very nice. Quiet area.

Bathroom is very very small. Standard rooms are very small with only the bed to sit on NO aircondition which makes very hot days very hot in the room. We were there for 3 nights - every night the bar was closed.

Nice location, short walk from the train station. Room was well-equipped and comfortable, staff was also super friendly! The place also has a small gym downstairs. I didn't try the breakfast so unable to comment but there is a nice bakery selling a lot of baklava and a supermarket beside it just close by.

I asked for an extra pillow while I was on my way out and the staff noted down my request. However, they did not check with me if I was comfortable with them entering my room while I was away so they left the pillow on my bed while I was out. I would have preferred if they checked with me first if I was ok with that.

Nala Hotel was exactly what we needed after a long 7+ hour journey via train. We stayed in Innsbruck for one night and were looking for a quiet, modern establishment off the main road while still within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Nala delivered all of the above and more. Our room had a double bed, TV, a newly renovated bathroom with amenities, a small side table, and two chairs. Shelves were cleverly built into the wall to maximise the cosy space. But the bed was the highlight - I've never slept so well and woke up feeling refreshed for the journey ahead. There's an elevator, a private garden on the ground floor, and a beautiful terrace on the 3rd floor where guests can partake in refreshments using an honour system. The front desk clerks were incredibly kind, and the complimentary apples and welcome glasses of prosecco were much enjoyed!

Super location within 5 minutes' walk of the pedestrian zone and all conveniences, very cool design of both the rooms and the common areas, some of the staff were very kind and helpful.

It may have been due to the time of year - stressful holidays - but some of the staff were a little unfriendly and stressed. In particular it was weird to have the cleaning staff talking loudly and vaccuuming before 9am in the hallways and asking us multiple times when they could clean our room, when it was well before 10am. I am used to feeling a little less stressed in a hotel in the mornings and not feeling like we have to rush out so that the staff can clean (I could understand if it was past 11am or past checkout, but both mornings it happened between 8:30-10am).

Hotel located close to the historical center and cafes, which was very convenient. Very pleasant and supportive staff have provided all possible help and were very friendly. Complimentary prosecco was a nice welcome bonus from hotel. Internal hotel garden was charming! We enjoyed it a lot!

Bathroom was a bit tiny and dark. Windows were overlooking cafe and street which was from time to time noisy because of the customers and traffic.
