The rooms were as expected from Ibis. Compact and with all amenities. The breakfast was nice and quite widespread. The hotel is located just on top of the train station. The way in is either through an escalator or an elevator. The hotel being very near to the train station, is a bit of a walk(8 mins) from the old town square. The area around the hotel is not a tourist area and is very calm. All the hustle and bustle is around the old town area specially after sunset. The reception does keep the luggage before check-in if you are before time.

The room lacked some maintenance. Like in my room, the bathroom door was not getting locked. The door had increased in size due to moisture. It did not create an issue for us but its not expected from a Ibis hotel. The rooms had no electric kettle. its inconvenient to go down to the lobby to have warm water, tea and coffee every time. It would have been better if the rooms had the kettle itself.

Location is just perfect! The hotel is directly connected to the train station by a lift. No need to go outside when you depart by train. And obviously, you are just next to the city centre. You can even rich the Bergisel ski jumping hill within 20 minutes on foot. Breakfasts are tasty and rich. There's even a toast machine. You can also go make yourself a cup of tea whenever you like, not only in breakfast time. The room was clean, spacious and warm. You can actually set the temperature yourself. It also had nice table to eat at. Amazing view on Alps from the room!

No tea/coffee set in the room - it's quite inconvenient when you have room on the fourth floor. Just one pillow per person. I know that for some people it's enough but if you need 2, then maybe ask a room service - we didn't have any opportunity to do so as we were doing sightseeing. The room is a bit dark in the evening - I would give it more lamps.

As we arrived in Innsbruck by train from Italty the hotel is right beside the train station so was very easy to get to our hotel without having to take a taxi. There is a lift down in the basement level of the station which takes you straight up to reception in the hotel. We decided to use the breakfast provided by the hotel and found this to be good value for money, with a good selection of foods available.

Although we could use a jug down near reception to make a hot drink, it would have been better to have a jug and cups in our room. Otherwise this was a good hotel with good facilities.

This hotel is about 60 mtrs walk from Innsbruck Hbf and suited my needs + I've stayed here before the rooms are functional for short term stay Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was very good and included in my price

I arrived about 8pm and the elevator was non-operational and I had to carry my luggage up a flight of external stairs to the 1st floor entrance, which was quite difficult, especially after a long day travelling and being 69 years old

Superb Location: The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get around Innsbruck. Great Facilities and Cleanliness: The hotel offers excellent facilities, and I was impressed by how clean everything was. Friendly Staff: The staff were friendly, making my stay more pleasant.

Annoying Lift System: The lift always stops at the reception floor, regardless of whether you go up or down. This was quite irritating after a while. Pricey: I found the hotel a bit expensive. This might be due to its location and the fact that it was Christmas time, but it still felt a bit too much. Room Lighting: The lamps in my room were hanging with long, visible wires, which didn't look great.

The location was wonderful. I made my visit in January to go skiing. The train station entrance is 100 steps from the elevator of the hotel. The ski bus to Kuhtai, Stubaier, Axamer Lizum ski areas have a stop at the base of the hotel. I was able to take the train back to the Munich airport for an 11:00 international departure back to the USA

You need a hotel room key card to access floors moving up. Even with this security feature, the elevator will always open at the lobby.

The hotel is in a very convenient location right next to the train station. There are trams that go to the university and busses that go to the airport right in front. The room was surprisingly quiet a night, despite the proximity to the trains. The facilities are very basic, but adequate for a short stay. You can easily walk to the old town from the hotel.

Everything was fine, but I think the rooms are just a bit on the pricey side for what is provided.

I booked this hotel mainly for transport convenience, which is at one end of the train station. There is a lift that brings me to the hotel receptionist. Check-in and out are smooth, staff is friendly & able to converse in English. There is a MPREIS supermarket at the other end of the train station. Room is spacious and clean. The bathroom and toilet are spacious too. Hotel has air-con, fridge, and TV (a few English channels). I tried the breakfast once, cost €15. It is intercontinental buffet, with good varieties. Hotel is about 10 mins walk to the old town. I am able to leave my luggage upon checking out. Overall very satisfied to stay here.

Bang on the doorstep of the train station accessible immediately to the town and buses and trams to everywhere

There is building work going on on the tram lines and they started drilling at 7am , very loud . I felt the hotel should be avoiding allocating 2nd floor bedrooms down that end.

Super location, very secure, friendly staff, and relaxed. Clean rooms. Very basic but quite alright for an overnight. We only needed a place to sleep.

No coffee... OMG. There was tea. But no coffee in the foyer. We didn't get the breakfast with the room, but for heaven's sake, if you're offering free tea, please, please, please, have coffee.
