Ideally located just outside Innsbruck - an easy 15 minute bus ride into the middle of the city. This is a very traditional alpine hotel with a quirky style. We were lucky and got a room upgrade to one of the suites on the third floor which was ideal as we had our 17 year old daughter with us, she was happy with her own bedroom and bathroom. The room had a lovely balcony with view out to the mountains. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, the breakfast room was lovely with helpful staff keeping everything freshly topped up for guests. Check in was great with helpful advice and efficient organisation of the guest cards which meant we could use local buses and cable cars for no charge. We were also able to use the city bikes for 24 hours, Innsbruck is a lovely place to cycle around as there are plenty of cycle paths and not too much traffic We should also mention the staff who look after the rooms. We loved the way they made the beds with duvet mountains and funny characters made from towels! It really made us smile! We had terrible weather when we stayed, but Alp Art hotel gave us a warm welcome each day!

One improvement to the breakfast would be to not add meat to the scrambled egg every day….meant we could not have it as we are vegetarian. There was plenty of cured meat on the buffet table that guests could help themselves to

Great location, about ten minutes from town on the bus. If you are staying a couple of nights you get free bus travel, the bus stop is right around the corner. Could walk to a good number of restaurants Stunning views from the hotel. Room had a little kitchenette which we weren't expecting. The bed was a great size! Also very comfortable. Breakfast had great views, good selection of food. Crossaints were warm and fresh! Staff were friendly and helpful

Only one pillow each ( although we did not request more therefore can not comment if more were available) That is the only slightly negative thing I could possibly think of.

Fantastic location in a lovely settlement near to Innsbruck. You can reach the central station & the city center in 20 mins with bus. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a gas station in a few meters, as well as a church. The room was cozy, comfortable, clean. It was nice to have a mini fridge, The breakfast was excellent, with a wide and fresh selection. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful & always smiling. I had a pleasant stay.

The wifi connection was lagging several times for a few seconds, but I could live with it.

We decided to stay at this hotel because we wanted to be surrounded by nature and, at the same time, to be close to Innsbruck. At out arrival we were given a welcome card, so in 15 minutes we could be in the city centre. I really appreciated this service because we were not bound to expensive parking areas and buses are very frequent (about every 15 minutes and running through Midnight). They have an amazing breakfast with a huge selection of quality food, including Austrian produce. Rooms are large, with a very comfy bed and a huge terrace. We also used their wellness centre, which included a steam bath and a sauna and we really appreciated It. Thank you very much for everything

Cleaners forgot to clean up our room

The breakfast room was delightful - lots of glass with amazing views. The choice of food and drinks was unbelievable, there was hot/cold, sweet/savoury and endless tea, coffee, juices and even fizzy wine! The beds, although a little 'dated', were super-comfy, with lovely linen. The staff was extremely helpful, giving advice on local amenities, restaurants etc. Welcome Card was a bonus - research activities carefully and plan your itinery.

The bathroom was rather small and the hot water was inconsistent!

+ Staff + Sunny terrace + Kettle and small fridge in the room + Mattress was extremely comfortable + Uncomplicated self-check-in after 8pm + Free apples for the guests + Fridge with beverages at reception 24/7 (for a fee) + Location - bus stop, shops, restaurants etc - everything is in walking distance + On Easter Sunday, the staff hid small chocolate eggs and rabbits all around the breakfast room. This is such a cute idea! + I didn't have time to use the wellness area, but I had a look at it and now I am sad I had to leave without visiting (sauna, small whirlpool, steam bath) + Very good value for money

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a really pleasant stay at Alp Art Hotel Götzens as a family. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with charming alpine decor and stunning mountain views. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, local products. The staff was kind, helpful, and always smiling. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature with the whole family.

This is a nice property that is an easy bus ride from the center of Innsbruck. I loved that the Welcome Card was included for our stay and we could use public transport for free. Nice sauna, steam room, and cold plunge. Extremely nice owner. Even gave us a small Christmas gift when we left.

Overall, the property was great. Only complaint is that the front desk sometimes is not staffed.

A super hotel for the Innsbruck area , if you don't need to be in the old city. There is a great bus service and you are 15mins from the airport. The room is spacious and comfortable with a small kitchenette. The breakfast is excellent, one of the best we have encountered . You have a stunning mountainview while eating. Great walks in the area aswell as ski areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
