+The gentleman at reception is an absolute star—kind, welcoming, and always helpful. He truly makes the hotel experience special (keep your positivity sir!), especially in contrast to the lady receptionist, whose attitude towards foreigners was unwelcoming. + The ladies in the kitchen and breakfast area are wonderful—super kind, attentive, and maintaining everything to perfection. +Nice swimming pool and Finnish sauna. +Infrared sauna included in the hotel package. +Two charging stations for electric cars (though often blocked by non-charging vehicles in the evenings). +For over 2 night stay and 3 night stay you receive a Welcome Card (free buses to Innsbruck/slopes etc: https://www.innsbruck.info/en/destinations/accommodation/welcome-card/welcome-card-summer.html )

-The hotel clearly states that reception is open until 23:30. However, when I arrived at 22:00 and again at 22:30, the reception lady refused to provide the WiFi password, claiming reception was closed, then complaining she has to work there etc. - despite continuing to serve drinks to customers at the same location. -The reception lady behaviour towards foreign guests was shockingly rude. I have travelled extensively and have never encountered such hostility. -'Electricity key' emitted a constant loud buzzing sound, making it difficult to sleep. -While the hotel generally appears clean, the swimming pool and sauna floors were not properly maintained. The same pile of dirt remained in the same spot for four days, and dust accumulated in the corners of these areas.

The hotel was great and breakfast was of a good quality and fresh - we were offered either scrambled eggs or fried eggs with bacon each morning as well as a very well stocked buffet - the lady waitress in the breakfast room was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping lady was also very hard working and extremely nice, nothing was too much trouble. The views are great and the parking is easy. The location was very good with a direct bus every 15 mins into the centre of Innsbruck, which was free with the card supplied by the hotel ( this also included free travel on many trains and discounts on many attractions). There was an excellent Italian restaurant around the corner which you would need to book a few days in advance.

We booked to eat in one night (I was travelling with my niece and great niece who was 4 years old). They arrived at the restaurant before me and were told several times just to sit down and they would be served but nobody came and even gave them water (my great niece was thirsty) - then a table sent their food back and the lady who seemed in charge started shouting - they left the restaurant and we phoned for a takeaway and went to the supermarket. I would suggest they close the evening restaurant or let somebody else operate it as it casts a bad shadow over an otherwise great place to stay.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotless with a balcony full of flowers and a breathtaking view, and it had everything we needed for cooking. Dinner was delicious, breakfast with fresh pastries, fruits, desserts and great coffee was a highlight. We also loved the 24-hour pool – in the evening we had it all to ourselves, which made the experience unforgettable. Definitely a place we would love to return to!

Nothing – everything exceeded our expectations

Except it's beautiful and had everything we needed, we have really appreciated the sauna and pool surprise, which were included in the price. It's cool that they were open in the late night hours, so there was no time pressure for this enjoyment. The breakfast bar was excellent, and the room balcony and restaurant views were magical. The staff was very friendly and communication was easy.

We couldn't find a way to shut off some ambient lights in the room, except turning off the safety fuse. That's a really small detail. Everything else was perfect. We were really satisfied.

Comfortable bed and mattress, spacious closets, big shower, good kitchen corner equipment with fridge, a quite big table in the room. It's great that there is a restaurant with really good local food (unfortunately, it's closed on Tuesdays but there is another one nearby). Very good breakfasts with freshly made scrambled/fried eggs on request. Great views from the hotel room and where breakfast is served. Peace surroundings, big parking space, great localization, lots of things to do in around. In case of any issues, the service was very helpful.

Considering the price and standard of the hotel, there was no tea, coffee, or bottle of water in the room. The WiFi has blocked some ports so not all applications required internet connections are working - which might cause issues when working remotely. The light over the bed is too bright, tight bathroom.

Good location Bus services available by 5 min walk. Dinner was really delicious and freshly prepared.

Towels not available or kept near sauna room. I had to ask reception every time. Basic amenities like toothpaste was unavailable. No dental kit provided. Bathroom was a bit small Breakfast options were limited. No room slippers kept in the room. Only 2 separate single duvet provided, not sure why a double was not available for the room.

Very nice view, polite personnel and great facilities. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Nice pool available 24hrs. Restaurant food was very tasty and came in generous portions.

There were flies in the room, at the restaurant and even at the pool because the hotel has no window nets. That was a bit disturbing. Also, it smelled like manure which made it impossible to stay on the balcony for a couple of hours in the evening.

The breakfast was quite ok, but for that location and that price, "unbeatable". The manager is also exceptionnal, she really goes out of her way to be available and take care of her visitors. The bar was also exceptionnal, with friendly staff and a very friendly receptionist on our last night.

The showers could have been bigger, the rooms as well. But you don't go on holidays to stay in a room the whole time.

Excellent breakfast, rooms are in good shape and bathroom is better live than in pictures. The bathroom is brand new just the mosaic that looks odd in pictures, the view is super and the pool and sauna are really cool. I was very scared with some reviews but the experience was above the expectations. Including the restaurant food and the breakfast.

Nothing to complain.

Mondi reflected ski lodge vibes with cosy furnishings and a beautiful selection of historical black and white photos. We enjoyed watching the locals who frequent the bar and waking to snow capped mountains. Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked bacon and eggs. Peter was friendly and obliging. Free bus service was a bonus to visit Innsbruck.
