We were happy with the location. Bus station literally around the corner to both directions - Axamer Lizum or Innsbruck. Enough parking spots. The breakfast was fresh. The room was clean and resonable spacious. The bed is fine and soft. The pillow is soft. The water has enough pressure and the shower was clean also.

Very little attention at our requests about lactosefree and glutenfree foods. There are annoying noises going on all the time in the backgroud, especially during the night. It's like a device is running all night long. Fees for dogs are only at check-out made public, which is 16€ per night. The tariff must be publicly displayed so that you know it in advance. Other local fees were also hidden on the booking platform despite the entire tariff paid for the accommodation. Nothing esle was mentioned as other fees on the platform... Shame

The hotel is located in a clean, quiet rural area, direct bus connections to the ski resort of the same name and to the center of Innsbruck (the municipality offers free bus transportation for 2-night stays). The restaurant is nicely decorated and serves delicious traditional dishes in a comfortable atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room offered for the accommodation of 4 people is small, you have to sneak between the beds, it does not offer privacy. There is no efficient ventilation of the bathroom, as there are no options for drying towels or ski equipment. There are no chairs in the room, there is only one chair on the large balcony.

Very nice hotel just 10 min outside Innsbruck. The staff was super friendly and extremely professional. Perfectly clean room, very spacious and with comfortable beds. The breakfast is rich. My family and I took a dinner at the hotel restaurant and the quality of the food was very good.

It is not easy to find a parking spot in front of the hotel (I counted 7 places). There is a small parking in a walking distance. No kettle is available in the room.

Amazing staff and location, very convenient to buses to the main ski resorts. Staff very friendly and always helpful. The hotel itself is very charming, especially the dining room.

Our bathroom had a bad smell coming from the pipes and the sink was leaky.

Perfect location for us, we were passing through the area and the hotel was 10 minutes from the motorway is a lovely village. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a fantastic meal in the restaurant which was just what we needed after a long drive to get there, and breakfast the next morning was also great with plent of choice of fresh food.

Personal are excellent is very friendly and helpful. Half board is great and even too much! )) Chief’s food is exciting, thanks a lot! Terminal Kögele the bus station right in a corner, buses rides to Lizum Examer and Innsbrug every 6 minutes. In hotel we’re received free tickets to swimming pool for three days, just in 15 min walk or 3 bus stopes. Excellent time we’re spend in Lizum freeride and perfect after skiing in swimming pool sauna’s and the best dinners in hotel restaurant afterwords.

Internet needs to be interning all-the-time in opening the web.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, very comfortable bed, clean and a nice location! We walked around the area, that was beautiful. And the bus stop to Innsbruck centre is next door, it takes around 20 minutes from the hotel to Innsbruck. The bus goes every half hour, perfect connection!

There wasn’t a kettle to make some tea

The hostess is very hospitable and warm. We were treated with utmost kindness and grace. The location of the property is so beautiful, in Axams, surrounded by the mountains. The hotel is just a 15 min bus ride from the airport. The rooms are clean and tidy. We traveled with a 5 year old Stafford & he was really happy at the property.

The property was family run and all the staff was amazing The location to the slopes was fantastic You literally come out of the door and the bus stop is there of which is free of charge Two stops and your up on the main ski area Good size rooms Very clean and comfortable Food was fantastic Will be staying again very soon

Lots of beds for our family of 6, all were very comfortable. Very private, clean and separate toilet from bathroom was most welcome. The view of the snow covered mountains in the morning was breathtaking.

Bathroom wasn't lockable but that was more typical during our trip than I was expecting.
