We stopped here on our way to Italy. We really enjoyed that it's up in the mountains and we could enjoy the scenery while being very close to Innsbruck, which we visited in the morning. The hotel is a larger guesthouse, in a rustic-traditional style. The room was clean and all five of us fit in, even though a bunk bed was in a corner of a room, which seemed to have been a dressing room :) and there are no separating doors between the rooms. It was okay for a night while we were passing through. We really liked the staff, the familiarity, and the humor. We felt like family. The food was very good, and the restaurant looked like something from old movies. In the evening, we took a very pleasant walk through Axams, which we found out was an Olympic village for the winter Olympics twice. Thank You!

We booked this location because it was the best it was close to the Swaroski Museum which was fabulous. Also, because we were going to tour Innsbruck the next day and it is VERY close. We also did the Alpine Coaster that was close, so the location really suited our needs. The rooms were okay. Nothing fancy, but clean. The beds were comfy. Balcony and view from the room was exceptional. Our balcony was shared. Check in and check out were easy with a friendly staff.

The rooms were nothing fancy, but were comfortable. The towels were very scratchy. The breakfast bar was a huge NO for all of us as the flies were on all of it. So, so much for a free breakfast. They need to get the fly screen baskets. Also, it was very hot, and they had no fans to accommodate the heat.

We truly enjoyed our stay! First of all, we had a very late check-in as we were coming from far away, and the staff was incredibly understanding and welcoming — that made a great first impression. A special thank-you to the receptionist Diana, who kindly listened to all our requests and went out of her way to help us — we really appreciated it. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the mountains. Everything was perfectly clean and well-prepared. All the staff — from housekeeping to reception and the restaurant — were very polite, friendly, and attentive. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and the warm atmosphere!

We were happy with the location. Bus station literally around the corner to both directions - Axamer Lizum or Innsbruck. Enough parking spots. The breakfast was fresh. The room was clean and resonable spacious. The bed is fine and soft. The pillow is soft. The water has enough pressure and the shower was clean also.

Very little attention at our requests about lactosefree and glutenfree foods. There are annoying noises going on all the time in the backgroud, especially during the night. It's like a device is running all night long. Fees for dogs are only at check-out made public, which is 16€ per night. The tariff must be publicly displayed so that you know it in advance. Other local fees were also hidden on the booking platform despite the entire tariff paid for the accommodation. Nothing esle was mentioned as other fees on the platform... Shame

Exceptional hotel, stunning view of the mountains from the bacony and sureal landscape, staff was so kind, room very spacious and comfortable, delicious breakfast and parking available for our stay. I would definitely book it again if around and definitely recommending it! It was the first time we've done a self check-in online due to our late arrival, key was waiting for us at reception. The lovely guy at the bar went out of his way to guide us. Overall such a pleasant and straightforward experience. Everyone also speaks English!

The hotel is located in a clean, quiet rural area, direct bus connections to the ski resort of the same name and to the center of Innsbruck (the municipality offers free bus transportation for 2-night stays). The restaurant is nicely decorated and serves delicious traditional dishes in a comfortable atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room offered for the accommodation of 4 people is small, you have to sneak between the beds, it does not offer privacy. There is no efficient ventilation of the bathroom, as there are no options for drying towels or ski equipment. There are no chairs in the room, there is only one chair on the large balcony.

We had a hard time navigating Innsbruck with all the traffic, bikes and pedestrians! So I was thankful that this place was out of the city a bit. Great place with a super nice restaurant attached. I had the BEST wienerschnitzel here! Highly recommend. I told our cute hostess/waitress that it was excellent and I thought the one I had the night before was good…. This one was WAY better. Accommodations were very comfortable- beds are great and nice pillows. Nice balcony off the room. All around 10/10!

Very nice hotel just 10 min outside Innsbruck. The staff was super friendly and extremely professional. Perfectly clean room, very spacious and with comfortable beds. The breakfast is rich. My family and I took a dinner at the hotel restaurant and the quality of the food was very good.

It is not easy to find a parking spot in front of the hotel (I counted 7 places). There is a small parking in a walking distance. No kettle is available in the room.

Homely, most staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant steak and chocolate souffle was great.

Hotel does not have lift so we had to carry luggage up the stairs, service staff did help with luggage though. There were alot of houseflies, especially in the restaurant, made dining unpleasant at times.

The perfect overnight stop on our way down to Italy: We were very pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and spacious rooms. We chose to have dinner at the hotel, and it was superb. Our dog was also greeted warmly and even got treats from the waitress. The breakfast offering was quite simple, but more than sufficient.
