We were upgraded to stay in Activehotel Bergkönih. The facilities are top class, saunas, clean and spacious swimming pools, relaxation rooms, small gym with good equipment etc. You can have different teas and dry fruits when relaxing in the spa area. Dinners were made from top quality ingredients and there was always a choice for each of us, even our 6 year old son. We felt at home there. It should be rated as a 5 star hotel.

We loved every minute in the hotel!!!

Great breakfast. Dinner was absolutely beautiful. You need to count with the fact that dinners are served in a different hotel. It is very close 250m so you can have a short walk.

The furniture in the room was luttle bit old, but functioning. As we were there for the winter sports, I will appreciate a bit more hanging options in the room for ski equipement (jacket, glowes, pants ect.)

This review refers to the sister hotel Bergkonig which we were upgraded to as we were the only guests booked in the Bergjewel. Everything about it is of a very high standard especially the breakfast. Sitting on the terrace with a drink and/ or enjoying the swimming pool after a day out was just delightful.

It was all just perfect

I like the friendly staff and the good size of the room. The hotel wellness is very lovely, but I prefer to go to the sister-hotel’s wellness (Bergkönig). The breakfast has wide range variety food (more than enough for starting a day)

Excellent hotel, with large room, good food, and lovely staff who are always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. Galinda and Maria particularly went out of their way to make my birthday stay memorable and made a cake with a fountain candle for breakfast! Thank you! Maria was also very helpful with our little one.

Breakfast selection was good but the hot food choice could be a little bigger. Otherwise wonderful!

Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms even being close to the Main Street. Excellent breakfasts. Very nice sauna.

A bit personnel stiffness

Pool & Sauna were great. Even though the pool could be a little warmer especially for kids. Good breakfast.

We had to call and wait for receptionist a few times since they were not on site. Initially we got the wrong room (1 bed room instead of 2 bed room) The water heater was dirty so we had to ask for a clean one. Kinder paradise room is very dated and dark. Our children didn't want to play here.

Very spacious room, clean and comfy, spa was very relaxing and thebsoa was very friendly!

The lobby closes at 8pm so there is not much to do in the hotel after that time. Showers were a little to small!

Location and the sauna room. The breakfast was outstanding!!

For me, the pillows were too flat which caused me to not sleep well.

Great value for money, very clean, great pool, sauna etc, very friendly staff and great location, would definitely recommend and stay again.
