Very filling breakfast spread every morning. Extremely kind and welcoming staff. Very welcoming and accommodating to English speaking guests! Bus to and from Innsbruck stops right out front and room stay includes a bus pass. Extremely convenient!! My wife and I loved our stay during the Christmas season!!

Later hours for the spa would be nice 👍🏼

I loved the location, we had the balcony on the sunny side where the sun shines all day and it's literally opposite the ski slope so you can just sip coffee and watch people skiing when you're not out yourself. The breakfast is rich, there is a nice sauna and ski storage room. The staff was wonderful.

The only suggestion for improvement is to add sockets or cables for the microwave and other kitchen utilities as there was nowhere to plug them in.

The staff was very nice. There were always some parking spaces in front of the hotel available. Location is super nice. Room was spacious.

We didn't get the correct wifi password at first, and only after two days we managed to get it working. Breakfast was ok but very basic (scrambled eggs were really bad).

The location was perfect. The bus stop is right in front and it takes you to the centre of Innsbruck. The breakfast was very nice and there is also a restaurant at the Gasthof. Parking is available right in front.

The shower door was broken and so we had water come out all over the bathroom floor.

It is near a department store and a bakery. Restaurants available nearby at walking distance. It has a parking lot. Balcony.

Carpet (or additional towel) to put on the bathroom floor after showering was not available

A good hotel near Innsbruck. A quiet place, a good breakfast, a parking lot.

The hotel is a little bit old, so no lift. At night you can hear your neighbors’ conversation. I’ve ordered a double room, but there was a third bed, that we didn’t need and it took a lot of useful place. It would be better to put there a sofa.

Staff was welcoming and kind. Loved the room, the only thing is that the entrance door of the room couldn't close properly unless I've locked it up. Maybe that's a good detail to keep in mind when it comes to the guest's safety and comfort;)

Location was good with supermarket and bakery just opposite of the accommodation. self check-in worked well!

Toilet sink was clogged. Sauna and restaurant were closed.

The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The sound insulation maybe was not the best, but the place is generally quite and peaceful.

The toilet tank was leaking a bit.
