We loved everything! The original property has such charm and history, and we were in the very comfortable 3 Seen Bahn just across the road, and above the boot room, ski hire, and the 3 seen bahn chair lift. So convenient. A lovely comfortable room with views of the slopes. We paid extra to have breakfast in the hotel each day, which was excellent, and had dinner there too on the first night. The hotel is so well staffed with lovely people, and Vinzent the Director and Angelica on reception were especially attentive and kind. I’d love to return.

The room was great, the sauna fantastic. Breakfast had all the ingredients you would like. The location is a bit down from "downtown", but right by a chairlift which takes you a nearly maximum up the mountain from where to start a hike or skiing slope.

I am a late diner, thus the closure of dinner services at 8:30 pm was a bit "strict" ... but my cousin who was there before me helped me.

The staff are friendly, professional and a credit to the hotel. The facilities including the spa, bar and boot room are excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending the both the breakfast and evening meal.

Although our room had facilities for tea and coffee making, the complementary provisions are only provided for the first day. If required further tea and coffee sachets can be bought. Considering the overall excellence of the hotel, this seems a little 'stingy'.

We were very pleased with the Summer Breakfast buffet! Eggs to order plus meats, cheeses, breads, jams, oatmeal/muesli, fruits, fresh orange juice, variety of espresso/coffee options and more. Our "cozy" room was very small, but it's incredibly well designed to maximize space - we liked it. We needed a late check-in and staff made it easy for us!

The hotel has a personality originating from a 17th-century hunting lodge. Many additions and modernisations were made, like a new sauna or bar downstairs and a warm central fireplace in the hall. Most of the hotel only operates during the skiing season. It seems like a miracle that they can retain and motivate their staff for only a couple of months of the year. The receptionist and the general manager, who makes his rounds to all breakfast tables daily, were extremely friendly, as is most of the service staff. Some staff don't speak English or German, and misunderstandings can arise. Nevertheless, 90% of the team was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is enormous and did not get boring during an eight-day stay.

They could improve tiny details: I would like an extra orange juicer so you don't have to peel your oranges, which causes a wait. The standard fruit juice dispenser does not dispense juice but has some sugary concoction. Our room was a bit older, which did show in the bathroom style. Nothing did deter us from an excellent stay.

I was traveling alone with my two young children. We had a wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was copious and delicious. We also dined at one of the restaurants. The service and the food were beyond our expectations. I would also like to thank the front desk ladies, Angelika and Nellie. They were super friendly and welcoming. We will certainly be coming back to visit in the near future.

The chateau was beautiful, with charming Christmas atmosphere, breakfasts and dinners were great, pleasant staff from all over the Europe.

The new 3Seen House apt. - there was no heating element (racks), where things could be dried after skiing. The cleaning of apartments should include vacuum cleaning.

Fantastic accommodation in a fabulous ski in ski-in-ski-out location. Very cool design and well-appointed suite with quality finishes and nice details. Wonderful restaurant and we recommend the in-room delivered fondue as well. All this and a stunning outlook to the ski runs. Loved it.

Great service from the team. Location is wonderful and the rooms were great, even better than on the pictures. I was traveling for work and happy that I chose to stay here. The food in the restaurant was also very good.

Modern and brilliant location for walks. Brilliant breakfast and a cosy room.

It was a bit expensive but totally worth it.
