We returned to this hotel to celebrate our Ruby wedding anniversary. Everyone was welcoming and friendly . We had fantastic food and enjoyed using the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The location was great with good links to all walks that you would expect to find in Austria

Location perfect, in the heart of Seefeld. Rooms are good condition. To describe it: classic, wooden, traditional and animal-friendly.

The pillows were very soft and not suitable for sleeping. I don't mind that the WC and bathroom are separate, but the lack of a sink and ventilation in the WC were negative factors.

Excellent staff, all so helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and the hotel is just spot on in old world charm mixed with moden style and comfort. Spa and swimming pool an added bonus.

You served the magnificant dessert 'Salzburger Nockerln' before I could take a photo. It still tasted delicious though.

The stay in Hiltpolt has been marvelous: a friendly and fast service at all moments, a very spacious room, all was very clean, a nice indoor swimming pool and a large sauna area, and above all excellent breakfast and dinner in the evening. I particularly appreciate the freshly baked eggs, served at your table in the morning. The hotel is also very centrally located, easy to reach from the train station and not far from the skiing and sport facilities. I will return with pleasure!

Recently stayed for three nights and cannot fault a single thing. Staff are a credit to the hotel, reception and bar / restaurant staff specifically and with hindsight I am sorry I did not get names to mention here. Room was very comfortable, good options for breakfast. We ate in the restaurant one night of our stay and like other reviews, the food was amazing. Our room and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean.

The central location in the beautiful town of Seefeld was superb for our short and pleasant stay. I know Seefeld as a location from years of visiting and can recommend the many kilometers of walking in summer and x-country skiing in winter. As a family location for beginning and intermediate Alpine skiing, it is super. The hotel is very comfortable, the staff incredibly helpful and the car parking very useful. One is in the middle of the action in Seefeld, and knowing the town as I do, you will not be disappointed as you are in the center of the pedestrianized section, the xmas market and a stone throw from the beginner slope and bus stops to the slopes further afield.

Location, staff and facilities of this hotel were all excellent! The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for my young family.

Nothing at all.

The location is excellent. Very friendly and professional staff. Good breakfasts. Evening meals remind the pieces of art.

The room was without fridge. We had to ask for kettle and received it. The SPA area looks fine, but too small. When more than four persons want to use sauna, it's uncomfortable.

Great location, really clean everywhere and every member of staff were exceptional.

Can get hot in the summer.

The half-board service is extremely good, and i really enjoy the dinner, kind of pity that i cannot drink wine.

Maybe the diversity of breakfast can be bit more.
