We had a fantastic stay! The people who ran the hotel were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Both breakfast and dinner were first class — freshly prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. The hotel itself was in a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and it had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

There wasn’t much to dislike. The only minor issue was that the room got a bit stuffy in the heat — a fan would have made it more comfortable. But honestly, this was a small thing and didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay.

Well kept hotel with lots of space to relax in the bar/ library/ outside areas. Friendly & helpful staff. Good location, quiet but close to station and centre of Seefeld. Spacious room with balcony and separate sitting area. Good choice at breakfast. Many walks in area, you do not need a car, local trains & buses. The afternoon cake buffet is a nice treat after a long walk!

Half board is good value and 4 course dinners are filling, however it would be good to see more emphasis on local fresh ingredients and Austrian inspired dishes rather than "international" food and an odd mix of items at times. Rooms are clean and well maintained but would benefit from some updating, furnishings looked quite old e.g. mattress was sagging.

Got a really nice double bedroom even though I originally booked a single bedroom. The hotel is in a great location right in the middle of Seefeld. Super friendly and attentive staff and great breakfast. Would highly recommend staying there. Some of the interior might appear a bit dated but the house is kept extremely clean and tidy and offers some more modern areas.

First time we went to breakfast we sat down in the breakfast area but were (mid way eating) told that we sat at the wrong table and were asked to move immediately. Would have been great if staff had explained at arrival that every room has an allocated table and seat. On this occasion they should have just let us finish our food as there was enough space, but organisational matters were more important than comfort. That's just a small thing as overall we had a great experience!

Lovely hotel in very good location near to station and centre of town. Room was large and plenty of wardrobes etc. Perhaps only hotel i have stayed where toilet is separate from bathroom, but not an issue. Breakfast very good, although seating area we had was a few steps and room away from buffet area.

Perhaps it was just forgotten but we were not offered the visitor card on arrival (discounts etc for stays over four nights). There is parking although were lucky to find a space each evening when we returned. Some of the information was in German language only (I wish I could speak German), but not an issue as English was spoken.

The whole experience was great. The staff and family who own the hotel were absolutely great, extremely helpful, really flexible, interactive and welcoming. I don't think they could have done anything more for us.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and we could adjust the heating to our liking. Good selection for breakfast, and delicious dinner menus. All staff very helpful and hosts very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lobby is very nice & cozy, we enjoyed having a tea there after skiing. We had half board and the food was good even though we are not fans of Austrian style of cooking.

Family run, warm, welcoming, cared for, good location, helpful staff, generous meals and snacks, lovely lounge inside and out. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Nice size bathroom with tub
