I really liked this hotel! The location is excellent — very close to the city center, next to a station and a market, and right in front of a beautiful lake with an amazing view. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a dishwasher, which was very convenient. They also kindly provided an extra bed for my child, which I really appreciated. Honestly, I would definitely stay here again without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

The location and view are beautiful, directly on the lake. The city center is just a 5-minute walk to the right when you leave the hotel. The apartment is clean, well-organized, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. The only thing missing is a washing machine – with that, it would be absolutely perfect. I strongly recommend this place.

Location is great for ski bus and to walk into Seefeld centre. Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The appartment was super clean - generally well equipped and suited a family of 4 (+ 1 year old) really well. Sauna/relaxation room is lovely. Ski store is fine but better to pay EUR8 at bottom of lifts. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

Pillows are absolutely terrible! Sounds petty but so bad it needed a comment. A toaster in the otherwise very well equipped kitchen would have made the stay much much easier.

The location was really good, just a short walk into the centre. Lovely views of the lake and forest. The beds were comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was very modern with a good shower.

The second bathroom often had a very unpleasant smell, which the extractor couldn't clear. It was either cooking smells from other apartments, or a very damp smell. The living area could maybe benefit from some cushions.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable, also very clean and has everything you could need. Also there was a charger for electric vehicles, which was extremely convenient for us.

There is a strange smell in the bathroom, but as soon as the ventilation turns on it disappears. So, not a big deal. We were a bit confused with the city tax, as booking shows that it is included into the price, while the administration requires it to be paid. We decided not to argue about it as the stay was overall amazing, but gives a strange feeling.

Well maintained, super clean, very close to town exit so get in and out to highway super easy. Great view from the room peaceful and quiet. Small supermarket 20m from the building with all you need to use in the very well equipped kitchen.

After few nights i think that they should offer fresh towels or toalet paper.. The town closes very early so if you are returning from day trip after 19:00most of the restaurants are close.. They do not offer attraction card or special offers to attraction in the area. Need better /more pillows

Nice apartment with a proper guest bed in the living room. Close to the citycenter and a nice walk around the lake.

Dirty. Not cleaned under the beds. Paper and stuff left from previous tenants. Carpet in bedrooms, not nice as it cannot be properly cleaned. Chairs very dirty. See picture. There was a party in the room downstairs. Music and loud until 1 o’clock.

Good location, close to Supermarket, Gas Station, resort city center

The balcony in the superior apartment is very small. This cannot be called balcony as it is an extension no more than 1 square meter. The WC is in a separate room with no sink inside, so you have to cross the living room and go to the bathroom to wash your hands. I am wondering what was in the mind of the architect when he made the apartment project.

The apartment was very well located and was nice and quiet. It was kitted out with all of the amenities and appliances you'd need for an apartment stay. The owner was easily contactable most days as well during the morning. It had lovely views and a south facing balcony.

4 of us stayed in a Panorama Deluxe room with a lake view and balcony and it did get a bit cosy at times with one wardrobe in the kitchenette area and the apartment had a lack of lighting which made things hard to find at times, especially in the wardrobe shelves. A lot of communication was via booking.com messages which I was notified of via e-mail which for us was fine but sometimes people don't have access to this. Would be nice if the apartment were to be cleaned at least once in the week without us having to pay a lot of money for the privilege.

Its location, cleanliness and friendly staff, Sylvia was terrific.

Disappointed that we didn’t have an area to relax in our apartment, only had a tiny balcony and no sofa in the main living room making it hard to sit around as a family. As we were there for a week would have been nice to have a living space.
