The hotel is located not far from the main station and the city center. Everything can be reached by foot. Comfortable area around the hotel. The personnel were very friendly and gave us a lot of information we needed. Breakfast was also good. Pet friendly. The hotel room was also comfortable although a bit small.

The hotel room doesn't have any hook on the wall. Even in the bathroom there is none. We can only hang our clothes inside of the wardrobe or above the heating in the bathroom. Besides that, it would be great if they also provide a water boiler (kettle) inside of the hotel room.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the main station and centre. Staff were really friendly and helpful and a lovely breakfast is included in the room price. There are also free cots for babies/toddlers and a lovely garden with swings and sand pit to the front.

Some of the rooms appeared to be more modern that others. We booked a small and cozy but were given a large family room on arrival as we had a toddler with us. The room felt a bit dated but was very clean and comfortable. Would also have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of both the train station and the town center, on a quiet street. The hotel is nicely furnished, with plenty of wood and light colors. The staff were all kind and polite. The room may have been called "small and cosy", but was actually more spacious than many hotel rooms I've stayed in! The bed was comfy, the bathroom modern, the shower powerful. The breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection, as much as you'd expect in a hotel of this size, and everything we tried was tasty and fresh. Would stay there again.

The hotel was very good. The room and the badroom were very big. Besides the bed, there was also a comfortable sofa where you can sit and read or relax. There was a minibar situated in the reception area and a nice lobby room for relaxation. The biggest surprise was the special attention that the staff dedicated to me on Saturday morning. I had a birthday and they had figured that out of my check-in data. So they had prepared a special table for me with a candle and a small bottle of champagne. It was a warm surprise because I was alone and felt a little bit lonely.

Wooden furniture, cozy atmosphere in the hotel, hotel garden. Quite tasty breakfast from quality products, but could have been more varied.. Free drinking water (both cold and hot), free GaPa Card, issued at the hotel, which can be used in city transport and which gives other bonuses throughout the stay, is available.

Slow and unstable internet, poor ventilation, especially in the bathroom. There were not enough hangers in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes. Booking had shown the price without city tax, it was deducted at the hotel additionally. Despite the very good quality of the hotel, the price is still very high. You can book a 4-star hotel in the center of Munich for this price or less.

Very nice property with kind owners - I got a free upgrade from single to double room with balcony and view of the mountains. Great location, 15 min walk to the historic center, 5 min walk to nearest market. Has parking, a bit competitive, but you can also park on the street for free. Great breakfast, very tasty. Drinks for purchase. Everything is organic

The room was on top floor, had slanted wall on one side - pretty easy to bump your head, if you forget about it 😅

Very clean space, toilet was also clean and tidy. There were sufficient space to keep your luggages as there were quite a lot of cabinet space. The bed was nice and firm. The surrounding is quiet and cooling, not too hot as there was a huge tree blocking the blazing sun. The parking was also easy.

The pillows were way too soft and had no support, so you may want to bring your own pillows. The breakfast also has limited options, just enough to fill your stomach for a quick bite. However, they do refill the breakfast quite efficiently. There is no lift, so you need to carry your luggages on the stairs, so take note for people with big luggages.

Room was typical German style. Functional but comfortable fixtures. The breakfast was exceptional. Eggs to order and everything organic. Staff was very helpful. They adjusted to my needs well.

Earliest checkout time on Saturday is 8:30 a.m. This was inconvenient due to my need to travel far on that day. The breakfast staff notified the management that I needed to leave earlier and they sent someone to accommodate. Very well done!

Breakfast is very good, with various selections. Staffs were helpful and friendly, front desk gave us many recommendations about where to eat, and what to see. Comfortable room with balcony. It was late winter, and we didn't use it, but it's still nice to have a balcony.

No elevator!!! Unfortunately, we got 2 big luggages, imagine carrying 25kg going up by stairs XD, but luckily our room was on the second floor(European first floor). If you have big luggage, maybe you can try asking for a room on the ground floor.

Room was warm, comfortable and quiet. My ensuite bathroom was well equipped with hand soap, body wash and a hairdryer. The check in staff were welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast was extensive and a good way to start the day. The location was so convenient for walking - one direction the train station in ten minutes, the other, the town centre in five minutes. Also a laundry ten minutes walk away, where you could leave your clothing and pick it up later washed and dried. The reading room was perfect for my checkout day, with couches and a comfy, warm place to sit and relax until my bus. The included guest card gave me a discount on attractions. Staying here added to my enjoyment of Garmisch Partenkirchen.
