I liked very much they had key safes, and I managed to do a late check-in without worries. In the property, there were vending machines for drinks and small snacks. The location was close to the centre, and you could reach all near cable car stations by around 40 min walk (if you wanted to be independent from the train). They sent me a virtual guest card, which reduced me the price for some activities. Also, around the reception, they had a bunch of maps and brochures of the area. The room had a very authentic look with super pretty retro furniture. The size was small, and there weren't any extras, but I was there for the hiking, so it didn't bother me. The bathroom always had hot water, and everything worked fine. In the corridor outside of the room, there was a boiling can and a microwave.

They don't store luggage after check-out, but if you catch someone on the reception, they'll give you very polite hints where you can do it

The view from the balconies at this hotel are stunning. The location could not be better- just one street off of the main road, but still quiet. The beds were big and comfortable. The rooms were warm and good sized. Easy check and and check out process. Very clean and well taken care of.

The temperature on the shower kept changing- getting very hot or cold in the middle of showers for seemingly no reason. The water pressure was also pretty bad, often not more than a trickle of water coming out. Otherwise, our stay was great.

The host was very helpful, responsive, and communicative. We received clear communications about using the local transportation and the expectations we could have upon arrival. The rooms afforded magnificent views of the Alps that surround the town.

Those folk who are expecting luxury accommodations will probably be underwhelmed; however, with balcony views, charming decor, and perfectly suitable amenities, it's a great place to rest after exploring the region.

The location was very convenient - just around the corner to the pedestrian area. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was very helpful and welcoming - they even organized a late check-in for me which was very appreciated as another hotel in Garmisch-Partenkirchen made me cancel my reservation due to my late arrival.

The bed was a bit too soft for my preference.

The room was very comfortable with mountain view, very close to the city center. I'm amazed by how our room got cleaned everyday! We're very happy with everything and recommend this place to everyone!
