Close to train station - walking less than 5 minutes. Modern. Restaurant and breakfast facilities are available. Free WiFi. Nice balcony. Very nice junior room with double bed and tea and coffee making facilities. I needed help with getting a taxi booked and helpful staff assistance was given.

The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. The yoghurts weren’t labelled so I was unable to check which was which. The fruit salad was chewy in parts suggesting it was not fresh. The bread rolls on the second day at breakfast was stale from the day before. I live in Germany and know fresh bread! The mini pancakes were dreadful rubbery and tasteless. The hot food was also very unappealing- overcooked bacon and bland scrambled eggs. Dinner however was delicious.

I was traveling with my cousins who had another room. My room was very nice and away from the traffic noise that my cousins had to encounter. My room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary with various egg and sausage choices and other standard German fare. The Hotel was close to the Train Station and Bus lines making it easy to get around (we weren't traveling by car). A variety of restaurants were close by to choose from.

No A/C - okay if you had a Garden View (sleep with window open) - Not so great if you slept on the street side.

Breakfast was good, ample choice. Good coffee & lots of fresh fruit & yogurts as well as hot choices. Rooms comfortable. Phenomenal gym & sauna but unstaffed and no additional towels provided. Very handy for train station, town centre & ski area.

Didn’t like small plates for cooked food at breakfast and tables weren’t set between customers despite there being plentiful staff. We travelled as a family and were quite rudely asked to leave a table in a room beyond the bar if we weren’t drinking. Pillows very small and despite it being indicated we had been ‘upgraded’ there was nothing additional in room to indicate this.

I had a very nice room, with a mountain view that would have been spectacular, if the weather had been better. (Obviously, rain and fog are not the hotel's fault!) The included breakfast was suberb, with eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, and a huge selection of bread & pastries. The housekeeping quickly supplied a thicker pillow when asked. (see below)

As a number of reviews have said, the pillows normally provided are ridiculously soft, with no support at all, but a request to staff for a firmer one is all it takes to remedy the situation. There is quite a bit of street noise on the front side of the hotel, but the heavy window/door blocks it very well. There is no A.C. in the rooms, but I'm sure it's rarely needed in this mountain location.

This is a classy establishment that should be considered by every traveller to Garmisch Partenkirchen. The bed was, indeed, extremely comfortable, the choice at breakfast time was first class and staff members deserve special mention. Despite arriving outside booking in time I was able to leave my travelling bag under the watchful eye of the hotel receptionist. In the evening I returned to the hotel and consulted the staff member on duty at reception regarding a next day hotel booking problem (German translation into English but much more than that) and he went above and beyond in his efforts to assist me (without at any time displaying a negative attitude), even attempting to communicate with that hotel. I call that exceptional service and I thank him for his help.

I have no negative comments to make; it would be the first hotel I would look for in the area and if available I would gladly stay there again!

Breakfast was phenomenal!! Wide variety of hot and cold items including bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, beans, breads, cereal, fruit, pastries, juices and coffee bar. Everything was delicious and breakfast room was spacious. In general the hotel was clean and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and quiet. A great location close to the train station and restaurants and shops nearby.

The pillows were tiny and flat… even rolled into a ball it was difficult to sleep on.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew my stay at this hotel was going to be special. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was a delightful surprise. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city.

It was very close to the train station and therefore the cog train to the zugspitze, and our room had views of mountains. It had parking underneath. Breakfast was very good.

While clean and in good condition it could possibly do with an upgrade to make it more modern-looking. We didn’t find time to use the sauna so that was a shame as it’s included in the price of our stay.

Very good hotel with comfortable rooms, attentive staff, clean facilities, and nice rooms. Great location close to the station and shopping in the main commercial area.

The gym open at 8am and closes at 10pm. If you want an early workout before breakfast, it's not an option. But the staff were nice and offered to open the gym at 7:30 if needed.

Close to the central station, it has a balcony and view to the mountains. My window was in the garden side so it was very quiet. Had sauna but I didn’t have time to use it. Very good breakfast !

Things for sauna I had to ask at the reception it was not in the room. Only in the evening I realised that there are no flip flops and I was too lazy to go down. Tried to call but phone in the room somehow did not work.
