Amazing mountain view, nice friendly staff, tasty breakfast, clean bathroom, and many drinks in minibar. The pool is nice and they also can give you the bathrobes if you ask

Coffee machine in my room did not work (I added water but it was showing red water sign). And the AC was moldy inside so I did not use it. I hope they'll fix it

Everything was perfect and the staff made everything even more so. The location is spot on for enjoying Garmisch, it is very accessible, the town is a short walk away as is the station for adventures further afield. The staff were wonderful, everybody warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make the stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. The surprise Birthday treat at breakfast was just one such moment. The breakfast is great, lots of choices, the room was extremely comfortable, excellent space and facilities and with a lovely view from the balcony. The pool is fantastic, great for a morning start or a wind down after a long day out and about. It is a great place to relax, enjoy and explore from.

In general, I rate the hotel very well. The surroundings were nice, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

However, at check-in an amount equal to the cost of my stay was blocked on my card, and at check-out the same amount was charged to my account without releasing the hold. As a result, the hotel both charged me the full amount and kept the same sum blocked for another two weeks. This left me without sufficient funds in my foreign currency account during the rest of my trip, and I lost part of my money due to unfavorable exchange rates and additional bank fees. Despite contacting the hotel by phone and being assured that the hold would be released earlier, I had to wait two weeks before my money was finally unblocked.

The location is amazing, either walking distance from where you would like to go or easily reachable by public transportation. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, they provided really valuable advice how we can get the most of our time! The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of options for every taste, local options and everything was super delicious! The restaurant was very good (although a bit slow) as well!

Having the option for an underground parking was very convenient but it would be good to be part of the final price of the accomodation but not separately paid. The sofa was a bit noisy to sleep on.

The staffs are super helpful and nice. The location is perfect, close to ski resort and the train station, 10min on foot. The breakfast is good, and environment is super nice. You will see the mountains from the dining room.

The pillows are so thin, would be great to have one good pillow than two thin pillows. The bathroom has a strong smell.

First off, all the staff were brilliant. We felt genuinely welcome, and looked after from the moment we checked in, to the moment we left. They seemed to have a real pride in their hotel and their service. Spot on. Our room had a lovely mountain view, a nice little balcony, complimentary mini bar, good coffee maker and was tastefully decorated. Everything felt like new. Pretty much everything you could want at the buffet breakfast. Very good all round. Even a choice of 3 different honeys 😋 The surroundings were very peaceful, but only a few minutes walk into town for bars and restaurants.

The bathroom was tiny. I'm not big, but found the shower tricky to get in and out of, and very little room to move inside. As a guest, I think 15 Euros a night to park your car in the underground car park was way too much.

Our room was wonderfully appointed and quite large, with a very large balcony that had amazing views. I wish we had been able to stay in town longer just to enjoy this room and hotel longer. The amenities were excellent, though we didn't have time to make use of them all, but this is very well-equipped hotel. The breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find and very convenient to the shopping district and several restaurants.

The bathroom in our room was a bit awkwardly designed, with a slanted ceiling and inadequate lighting for a bathroom. However, it's worth noting that our friends' room had an amazing bathroom, so not all of them are the same. However, this was a minor inconvenience for us in light of how wonderful the rest of our stay was.

The location is great. You can't beat it. Close enough to town to easily walk there within five minutes and yet quiet enough to relax. My dog was treated very well as someone brought her a bowl, bed, and magazines to read while we were all out of the room for dinner. :-) We appreciated the kindness and attention. (Dog was with us...) Hotel staff members were all very professional and polite. Elevator on site to easily carry luggage to room. Nice pool and tempting spa amenities that I didn't get to take advantage of this time. We rented family room for 3 adults and it was a comfortable situation with a second bed and lovely balcony,

Breakfast was a lovely continental, help yourself setup with great choices but no freshly cooked options, unless I missed it somehow. If I have to be honest, however, I missed the fresh Belgian waffles from years ago when hotel was known under a different name. The hotel, while very clean and nice, is also showing some signs of age and several places looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint.

Location is close to the town, only a 5min walk. Room was clean and tidy, cleaned daily. The balcony had great views, breakfast was high quality and plentiful. Secure parking, staff were very friendly and approachable.

Organisation of breakfast buffet, there isnt a lot of space for so many people. Some inconsiderate guests (cyclist group) making a lot of noise at 2-3-4AM over 3 nights (which was resolved by the hotel staff). Shower is on the smaller side

Spacious room. Very clean. Lovely place. Decent breakfast. Lots of restaurants 5 mins walk away. Car parking also available overnight (charged). Zugspitze train station is a 15 min walk. Avis is 5 mins walk away.

Really nothing to complain about. Everything was great. Just a bit far from the train station - it's a 15 min walk, which can be uncomfortable with suitcases. Uber doesn't work in GP. Hotel can call u a taxi. If i want to be really harsh i would say they only had one sofa bed and couldn't provide an extra bed despite charging me 30 euros per night per for my 15 yr old, but it did include breakfast.
