- The spa area with many pools is great and much bigger than expected - The food is amazing and a great variety - The farm animals like goats were so lovely - special things like happy eggs, car parking service (even with the daily cost of 8,5 EUR) worked really well, teen's lounge etc - the suite was big and clean with beautiful views and balcony - the hotel is beautiful, so many candles lit in the evenings, the new and old designs match nicely

- the bed was too soft for my liking - the church bells are very close and wake you up at 7 am even on Sundays, so impossible to sleep late unless you are used to such noise every 15 mins, we weren't... - the service is nice and everything works well but maybe could have been more proactive and friendlier especially during the dinner, not quite 5* - the naked sauna area is very strange concept for us, so didn't go there after a quick visit to realize that everyone really was naked there without towels etc. However, there were plenty of non-naked areas to enjoy. - 0,75l water costs 8,5 EUR during dinner

Excellent staff - especially Francisco, Sabrina, Gemsa and Martina. Lovely room with a beautiful garden and mountain view. Excellent mocktails at the bar. Excellent location. Spa was very good with excellent hydrafacial by Gemsa. Breakfast was good and the buffet was very good.

Restaurant dinner could have had more variety and more options on a la carte menu for breakfast. We had a leak of water from the ceiling on our last night but Francisco handled the situation like a pro! We understand such things can happen.

The building itself is like a treasure hunt. Hotel is full of character and unique features. The team has put a lot of thoughts into making it a great experience. Events in Sauna were super. Breakfast was wonderful.

All included wasn’t worth it for us, as lunches and dinners were inconsistent. Quality of food was good, but the choice was too small for our taste.

The location, the views, the facilities and it being a heritage property added to the charm.

It was a mix experience in terms of facilities and hospitality. Things could have been better organized and perhaps trying to better understand our dietary requirements or needs In advance would have made our stay truly memorable and added to the charm of the property.

Lovely food, had full board. The hotel was very friendly, the bar staff were super attentive- a welcome drink was offered (i had an Aperol spritz) the minute i stepped into the hotel - whilst the staff took my bags upstairs. In the evenings there was a piano player which gave the place additional ambience. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the beautiful town next to the church, and only 5 minutes walk from the train station (Innsbruck to Seefeld by train costs around 6.5 euros and takes around 35 minutes). Alot of original features in the hotel from when it was a monastery. The spa was amazing, had an exquisite massage after a day of skiing, then relaxed in the hot tub outside which has a perfect view of the snow capped mountains. The outdoor sun loungers had blankets for anyone wishing to spend some time relaxing in the sun.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Wonderful hotel and spa facilities, every room was a surprise and there were lots rooms. Delicious and extensive breakfast. All staff were extremely helpful Guided hiking was an unexpected and welcome offering.

Our room was not air conditioned so needed windows open, and late night (past 2am) carousers in the street were very noisy

Staff were incredibly supportive and ready to help. Proactively offering help. The gym was spectacular.

The room was very small. I would have liked to have been better prepared for that. And it was very hot in the evening.
