The room was spotless, just the right size. The bathroom was well equipped and spacious. We loved the balcony, with views over the mountains in every direction. The pool area was great with lots of loungers to sunbathe and an indoor part of the pool too. Breakfast was buffet style (and a chef who would do special egg dishes). It had pretty much endless choices to suit the tastes of most nationalities. The only tough thing was going hiking after eating so well in the morning! The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Another bonus is the free afternoon cake in the bar, which was lovely and allows you to put back on all of those calories that you've worked so hard to get rid of whilst hiking!! The location is right in town surrounded but endless bars and restaurants. Seefeld has a delightful town centre to walk around. We hiked mornings and late afternoons rested by the pool. A delightful break!

The location, the swimming pool, the breakfast and the good service from the staff (Andrea was very kind at the reception). Great attention with a welcome Prosecco glass and a nice gift of a house-made apple chutney.

The checkout was too early at 10am. You can’t enjoy much the morning of last day. The gym is just few bikes or walking machine, not enough space or equipment for real work out. There was no tee or coffee machine at the room that we could use to enjoy more the balcony at night or morning. The bed clothes were individual instead of full bed size.

The hotel is only a few steps away to the city centre. It was easy to find and parking was easy (free, and with additional 10 euro per day for covered parking). The room was spacious, clean and with a sofa and balcony with a view of the mountains. I find the mattress hard but it was perfect for my partner, so it's very subjective. The restroom was also spacious with amenities including slippers and bathrobe for the spa. We had a massage which was fantastic and the spa area was nicely separated. The sauna area is separated from the pool, so it's very quiet without the rushing water sounds. Best of all, we rented ebikes (all rounder, we used them for mountain biking and they were perfect) for only 25 euros per day each. The hotel staff were very accomodating especially Andrea who's service felt very personal and private. He went above and beyond for us.

I didnt get a chance to relax in the other sauna area (with a small lake view) because of the limited time it was open. But other than that, all was fine.

We really enjoyed our brief stay at the Eden. The wellness and pool area were lovely and there was a nice garden to relax in. The position is very close to the town centre and so this was convenient. In the evening there was entertainment in the bar, which was very good.

When I got home, I noticed on the hotel bill that we were charged €10 for parking one night in the car park, which I hadn't expected and seemed rather expensive. If I stay there again, I would certainly check this before parking the car.

The location, food and pool/spa facilities were superb. Room was large, clean and very comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like, however, just a couple of suggestions for the hotel to be more female friendly! Firstly, it would be good to include hair conditioner as well as shampoo in the bathrooms. Secondly, it would be great to have labels on the evening meal buffet food to help pregnant women or anyone with dietary restrictions to understand better what they are eating.

The place is very nice. We arrived late at night and they had a mistake in our reservation so one room was not ready. The manager came and she helped in sorting the things. She gave us a better room without any additional charges and through out our stay there helped in anything we needed

They didn't have our room ready on our arrival due to some problem in their system

Great value , top location, friendly, helpful staff , good room with a view , nice jacuzzi, fantastic indoor/outdoor pool, good breakfast choice and quality, fair priced half board option available daily , welcome drink, snacks, water in room. Attention to detail great . Single room option at fair price 👍

Shame Sauna and steam weren’t on but I’m sure I could have asked.

It felt so homely, all the staff were super helpful. The spa was awesome just what we needed after skiing. Lots of shops around the hotel. Loved the outdoor pool. The best was comfortable and really liked my balcony. The staff were really understanding of my issue which essentially cut my stay short. I am coming back to stay here.

Could have done with a kettle in the room as I like to make a cuppa first thing.

The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are well equipped, the hotel staff is very responsive to every question and request, I asked for a kettle in the room and it was immediately brought to me, breakfast is served in a bright dining room, there is an abundance of products at breakfast, such as fresh vegetables, good cheeses, great breads, waffles, juices, coffee, Excellent tea, omelets that the chef prepares, and there is also ready-made, jam cakes, and more.. And here is the place to thank the wonderful Michaela, who made sure every morning to welcome us with a smile, and took care of the grandchildren who were with us on vacation, for the special requests like a glass with a lot of ice haha ​​thank you very much And not only us, she with her smile took care of all the guests of the dining room Excellent service. The grandson wanted to eat spaghetti bolognese at night, and I asked if possible, and the chef made it for him and brought it to the room, it was very tasty But we liked the heated pool the most with swimming outside in the snow and cold, and here I want to thank the hotel that heats the pool well which is nice to be in, compared to some hotels I've been to and the pool is not always heated enough The location of the hotel is excellent, parking is no problem, the hotel is right in the center of the town at the beginning of the pedestrian street, great restaurants are next to it, everything is possible on foot

There was nothing not to Like The only thing in my opinion is that there should be a kettle in the room, especially in the winter months, and every day they will make sure to add tea and coffee, it would be really nice

The staff has been very kind and accomodating right from the start. I had some eating restrictions and these were carefully considered for breakfast and dinner. The room was a good size, we had a balcony as well, and it was really clean. The pool was a really nice touch, we actually really enjoyed spending time there. The food was amazing, good quality and quantity.

I don't think there's anything I would mention in here. I really cannot fault them.
