A perfect stay in a beautiful hotel just outside of Innsbruck. The property is charming, lovingly maintained, immaculately clean and in a scenic setting with regular buses to Innsbruck departing from a nearby stop. One can also stroll downhill to Rum station in about 15 minutes where frequent trains take only 6 minutes to arrive at the Hauptbahnhof. The setting combines the best of close proximity to urban Innsbruck with the rural beauty that Tyrol is known for. Rum itself is an attractive village immediately adjacent to Innsbruck. I was kindly upgraded to a superior balcony room in the main property that was stylishly furnished with a very comfortable bed and had a lovely bathroom. I dined in the restaurant that offered good food with a good price/value ratio and friendly service. I'd be happy to return again.

We had an excellent checkin experience, and all staff we communicated with spoke very good English and everyone was polite and courteous. The rooms and communal areas were all spotlessly clean. Spacious room. The dinner menu was extensive and we all enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. In the breakfast room, the staff bring hot drinks to the table, which is a really nice touch. Eggs can also be ordered.

There wasn't a huge choice of breakfast options, but we all found something that we liked, so not a problem. The carpark is small, and we were unable to get parked in there as there were spaces when we arrived. We did move the car into the carpark when a space became available.

Nice breakfast , eggs cooked to order , dining room staff very helpful and friendly. Very spacious suoerior room with an amazing view from private balcony. Spotlessly clean bedroom and hotel overall.Easy access to Innsbruck by regular bus service ...including late night buses. Welcome Card on arrival. Nice outside terrace for dining and drinks when the weather is sunny.

Only a couple of English speaking stations on TV , both only news channels.

The staff were very welcoming, thankfully their English is good, as German is one language I’m not very familiar with! We really enjoyed the quality of the food for our evening meal and breakfast, we also enjoyed a few after dinner drinks in the bar area. The view from our room/balcony was a perfect vista of the mountain range and surrounding areas. Would stay here again!

The air conditioning wasn’t really proper air conditioning, it’s a good job it wasn’t hotter outside as the room would’ve been stifling!

The location is just amazing. The balcony view can't be better. Also the swimming pool is just placed with the best possible view. Special mention to the 3 Llamas 😀. You sit at the balcony and your view is timeless. The staffs are also very friendly and nice.

With this price point one would except few more facilities in the room. Like toilet kits, electric kettle with some coffee/ tea packets or atleast bottle of water. These are very basic now days again when it is 100+ euros a night.

Cosy hotel just a short bus ride from the centre of Innsbruck. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable and the Mountain View was beautiful. You get great perks booking here, including free access to a brilliant gym and sauna, plus free bus travel. Highly recommend this lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the world.

The view is stunning! We made sure to get a room with balcony and mountain view. It was very beautiful! Make sure to step into the backyard and take in the beautiful scenery. We didn't swim in the pool, but it looked very nice. The breakfast was very good. It included many hot and cold items like eggs, yogurt, fruit and pastries.

Friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Great views. Should we return to Innsbruck, I would definitely stay here again

For travellers using public transport was a bit out of town, however the bus stop was only 3 minutes away. To be fair I knew about this beforehand. I think it is a good location for basing one self to explore the area.

Nice and quiet hotel with very friendly staff, good restaurant onsite, clean and comfortable rooms. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view to the Alps. Free parking available in front of the property.

A minor setback: the shower was good but for some reason the water temperature changed constantly.

It was unclear whether coffee and tea were available to guests if you didn’t choose to pay for the breakfast. It would be nice to have a way to heat water and/or a microwave in the room so we didn’t have to worry about that
