The Owner and hotel manager Armin, the staff at the restaurant, and housekeeping made not only the usual hotel best practices in an expedited and very relaxed and efficient manner, but they also made me feel part of the community there, as a matter of fact, most of the guests are returning for many years to the Hotel. I met several of them, all very discrete, polite, and reserved. Armin helped me get some beautiful and not-so-advertised moto itineraries that I enjoyed with my motorcycle. I did enjoy a few walks around and rain or shine, the location and the nature around is simply magnificent only surpassed by the hotel hospitality. Before I forget, I did take the half board, and the meals were prepared a la carte, really tasty, warm, and well presented congrats to the Chef and the dining room team!!! I will return!

We were not informed by Booking.com that evening meals were not available on Wednesday's at the hotel and had to find somewhere else to eat that night The food for residents was limited choice but the breakfast was excellent

The ambience of the hotel, the hospitality of the staff. The delicious breakfasts and the fine dinners. The atmosphere was most conducive to meeting and conversing with other guests, if one chooses. The quiet cozy spacious rooms are very comfortable, comfy bathrooms with hot towel rods. Spectacular views from the balcony and seating. Everything facilitated a relaxing visit.

That the towels in the spa would be more frequently checked as at the end of the spa time there were only a couple left, if others guests would come in the last hour. While I appreciate and can understand that credit cards are not accepted, this may be surprising for first time visitors who do not inquire before their visit.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location in Weidach was good. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet were both excellent.

The room was a little small, even for one person. For two, it would have been very tight. The shower especially was very awkward to get in and out of, and to use effectively.

Location was great, wonderful atmosphere, and pleasant staff.

Not a matter of not liking this, but the bathroom/shower were a bit small.

we had some really good stay on Raffl's hotel. Many amazing hiking routes can be easily reached. Hotel personals are very friendly and easy to talk. Dinner was really amazing, had the chance to try different local food.

Friendly and smiling staff, excellent location for hiking or cycling, clean and uncrowded wellness area, abundant breakfast with fresh fruit, freshly prepared eggs, various types of bread. Modern room furniture and large bathroom. Relaxing view from the balcony. Nice restaurant with typical dishes in line with the prices of the area. Highly recommended

the mattress was too soft. African sculptures seemed to me too much.
