Hotel reception did its best to provide me with a great experience when I arrived. The room was big, cozy, clean and with a nice view. They cleaned the room every day. There were a nice number of TV channels to watch from. The Internet was fast. Breakfast was standard but well prepared. Always had enough food for everybody. The room was never cold.

Maybe cleaning the corridor and stairs floors when I was going up and down between my room and the hotel restaurant in the morning. I am okay with clearing, but it has to be before or after I wake up and have my breakfast. Most of the people were going to watch the alpine race and eat between 7 AM and 8 AM. So it makes sense to not have floors cleared exactly at this time. It just creates more work for the cleaner since s/he has to do it again. Still, there was an elevator, but my room was up the stairs on the second floor.

Everything was perfect. The host Ms. Marion is very friendly always there to help, the rooms are modern and new, perfect cleaning every day. The sauna upstairs is surprisingly spacious and well equipped. There is a garage downstairs and everything is accessed with the room tag, very convenient. Also they have contract with a ski rental shop near the ski lift so we left the skis there every afternoon for free. Perfect vacation, we highly rented!

It is not exactly in the center, somehow retreated but that could be a good thing also.

very good location - only 5-10 minutes to the main lift, good breakfast, good quality interiers, very clean and fresh, Good Sauna 3 types with gorgeous views. All details are just great,

maybe bacon or eggs were missing sometimes on breakfast, but it was easy to fix. Maybe some more choice with beddings would make it all even better,

It was our best stay of our European alps trip! Beautiful rooms, sauna which was a bonus, and very personable friendly staff. The breakfast was also amazing with everything you could want! All round a very high quality experience.

clean, modern, good location - quiet yet only 5 minutes walk to the ski lift and ski shops. Marion who greeted us and was there everyday couldn’t have been more welcoming and charming. excellent housekeeping. room spotless everyday. Breakfast delicious with good coffee.

The accommodation was recently completely renewed (partly renovated, partly constructed newly) and is decorated so nice! The owners are very nice and helpful, and have given us great advise for day-hikes in the area. Breakfast was super, with a lot of fresh products, and the sauna was perfect as well. We could only recommend this!

Urbanhof is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The owner was fantastic and has thought of everything to make her guests have a wonderful stay. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional.
