This is my second stay in Sölden. I chose this hotel because there was no room in the hotel I had been to before. I do not regret the decision. The hotel is located about 100 m from the nearest gondola lift. It is intimate. We were charmed above all by the extraordinary courtesy of the staff. It was not fake friendship but very natural friendly behavior. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We missed a fridge in the room a bit, but we used the balcony for this purpose 😊. When it comes to the culinary offer, the hotel deserves 5 stars!!!! Every day we were enchanted by the meals served,. In addition, there was a selection of excellent wines at a very affordable price. Both my wife and I are very pleased with our stay and if we return to Sölden again, we will choose this place.

Nothing at all

The dinner and breakfast room is very nice and the food and service very good and I felt very welcome there. Especially Jann in service was a very nice guy and is talking with the guest and can give you tips as well. Thanks 👍🏻

The only thing that was a bit annoying where the showers. It doesn’t matter what temperature you’re setting it changes from very cold to hot several times. That should get fixed, also heard this from other guests. But everything else was great.

It was a highly pleasant stay. I almost liked everything regarding the hotel. Staff was very friendly, breakfast and dinner were so delicious. Room was so clean and has a nice balcony. Ski gondola was almost next to hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel and I will stay there again next year.

Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, very good evening meals which the restaurant was able to give us without advance reservations. Spa was great to ease away the aches and pains after a long day on the slopes. Everything spotlessly clean, staff charming. Location ideal for Gaislachkogl gondola and for the last run down via s'Finale or Philipp's.

The trudge along the main road down to the main part of the village, but that is more than offset by all the good things, particularly the convenient access to the Gaislachkogl gondola.

Very new, fashion and comfortable hotel. All facilities are within, just 100 meter from ski gondola station.

Weather: March is problematic time for skiing in Siolden.

Underground parking, location to Bergbahnen for Gaislachkogelbahn. Room 101 : Comfortable room with sofa & balcony overlooking car park with mountain view. Nice bathroom & great shower with good water pressure. Enjoyed a couple of evening meals & bar staff (in particular “Marcus”) were friendly & competent, bar served the local Solsch - excellent if not a little pricey 👍

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities and fridge

Excellent hotel, we are back for the third time.

It would be nice to have mini bar and coffee facilities in the room.

spacious room, lots of light, closet is well thought out. All staff are so friendly and helpful.

For beginners, it’s Far from gigijochbahn. suggest leave your boots and skis near giggijoch or on mountain. ski bus system is quite efficient.

Comfortable, clean rooms; friendly staff; tasty food; good location, next to the geislachkogel bergbahn.

In would be nice to have coffee facilities and mini bar in the room.

The room and the bathroom room were really spacious. The breakfast had a really huge selection from cereals to warm dishes and the hotel bar offers really nice dishes if the you get hungry during the day. It is next to a Skilift and around 15mins walk from the city center.
