Everything. The location right opposite the ski lift and at the bus stop to the glacier express was fabulous. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food was fabulous. We’ll be back ….

The only thing I would recommend is that they open the sauna later so that parents with small children have more flexibility and can go after dinner as an example

Amazing breakfast and dinner! There was a diverse selection of dishes, with quality truly worthy of a 5-star hotel. Location is perfect, it is just opposite of the ski lift. The sauna and the swimming pool. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Perfect location for us with children and beginners as well as experienced skiers; right opposite the main gondola and next to the nursery slope. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating, they really surprised us with the food quality from traditional to gourmet and lots of choice for the children. Great facilities and pool to relax after skiing and everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nice to be on the doorstep of a bit of apres ski too but thankfully not too wild!

Going home! I'm not a fan of feather pillows but otherwise the beds are very comfortable and the room was plenty big enough for 2 adults and 3 small children.

This hotel is at the perfect location if you want to go skiing in Mandarfen. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a good selection. For dinner it might have been nice having some more dishes to choose from, but we did always find something we liked and the food was good. We will definitely consider going to this hotel for our next skiing trip. The large swimming pool was also a very good, our kids loved it!

The beds, while otherwise good, were made out of wood and made a creaking noise every time someone turned in them. This is of course just a minor detail.

Food- both breakfast and dinner; swimming pool for children was great. Location of the hotel, just opposite to ski lifts, ski school and ski rental. Rooms and facilities are very clean, the staff was very helpful with all our requests.

The furniture in the room is outdated. We extended our stay and we moved to a smaller room (only option available), which unfortunately was very small and more expensive then previous family room. Also the sofa bed for children was very small and uncomfortable.

Dinner always took long to come for the kids meals.
