Quiet, modern with a natural touch, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, beautiful views from the gorgeous balconies. Lovely modern bathrooms. Very friendly staff. Nice sauna facilities. Short walk to everything.

We very much liked the property. The only minor issues were that the Turkish sauna didn’t warm up during our stay and the cappuccino maker also was out of service on day two. But they had good coffee and espresso and they did try to bring us cappuccinos the first day. Tea would be a great addition in the sauna area.

Big, spacious room. Lovely view of the mountains and very peaceful as it is on the edge of the town. Wished I took a stroll in the surrounding forest as the area is beautiful. About 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Soll (it is an uphill walk, so a bit more challenging if you have heavy luggage to carry or ski gear). The bus (Red line) stops right outside and runs to the ski gondola, so very convenient. It however does not run that often after the "ski rush hours" but luckily the hotel is still walking distance from the gondola. The hotel also has ski storage facilities. Fantastic sauna facilities with beautiful views - used it everyday during our stay and it was so relaxing. It was really a highlight of our stay. Good breakfast spread. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and that was also very nice. Overall - lovely stay and good value for money.

Very small things that did not really impact our stay. 1. the ski room can use some benches to more easily put on ski boots. 2. if you dont like a nude sauna, it might be a bit akward at first, although we quite quickly got use to it and then went everyday. 3. Would have liked a kettle in the room

The Hotel is very traditional but has a modern feel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The facilities are superb and location is just a 5-10 minute walk into town and has a bust stop directly outside for the ski area. The staff were really excellent in all areas and made us very comfortable and welcome. Thank you for a great stay.

A spa/Jacuzzi would be the only thing i would have liked. The outdoor pool / pond was a but too cold for me. I am not that brave!

Excellent location just above the village of Soll which was within easy walking distance along a very picturesque trail. Beautiful views of the mountains. Great location for Kufstein Fortress, Hintersteiner Lake and Wilder Kaiser mountain range. Lovely to just sit on the balcony and take in the magnificent views.

There was nothing we did not like - it was a fantastic hotel which exceeded all our expectations. I was not keen on the Saunagarten as I was not used to engaging with a nudist area. Would have probably used if a costume could have been worn.

The hotel is located on the edge of the town of Soll, an easy walk to the centre with shops and restaurants. The ski bus starts and finishes outside the front door and departs very punctually every 30 minutes. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and variety day to day. The in-house restaurant is similarly priced to other restaurants in town and prepares Austrian and Italian dishes to a high standard. We had a family room which was huge! A small separate bunk room, and a large bed/sitting room with a split-mattress king size bed, sofa and arm chair. A small balcony looked out onto a mountain view. The sauna, steam room and plunge pool is an excellent facility, clean and beautifully presented. Be warned, it is a nude area, so not for the prudish or shy! There is a substantial area for ski and boot storage.

Such a large bedroom can feel a little cold and towel rails were not heated so it was a bit tricky drying skiwear and feeling cosy.

Rooms were large, modern and clean. Staff were helpful and kind. Sauna etc was amazing. Rooms were really quiet and peaceful in the mornings, not like some hotels where the cleaners slam the doors with the vacuum etc. All in all and a lovely stay. I will be back God willing. Barry

Very beatiful big rooms. Super friendly staff, very tasty food at restaurant. Spa area is really nice and cosy, you can dip in to the freezing pool after hot sauna etc. Skibus stop front of the hotel in every 30min. And takes about 10min to main gondola.

Some days rooms were overheated to our taste.
