Pools were wonderful. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Room was large with balcony looking over outdoor pool.

Our full payment was made to booking.com a couple days before our arrival. At check-out the hotel had no record of this. We showed them the email from booking.com saying "payment was successful." After the staff contacted booking.com, they finally believed us. From the staff conversation, it sounded like this had happened before. However, I am not sure that we were not double charged anyway. I will see when I get the next credit card statement. It took over 30 minutes to straighten things out, (Hopefully). This computer billing problem needs to be corrected.

Great SPA hotel. Even the hotel was fully booked over the New Year, there were enough places at the SPA (sauna, pool, relaxing rooms). The hotel si new and modern and there is nothing that you could wish more. The breakfast and the salt buffet in the evening were great. The service was great (special thanks to Gratian and Carmen).

The temperature of the outside pool could be 1-2 degrees higher. The portion of the appetizers and the main dish during dinner are small and could be bigger.

This was our 5th visit to Das Sieben. As we only live a 2 hour drive away we tend to come for long weekends when we are feeling burned out and ready for some rest and relaxation. We love everything about the hotel, especially the food and we always book half board. We both had a hydro jet massage which was very relaxing and I had the best pedicure yet with the lovely Sonja. It was my birthday whilst we were there and the restaurant decorated our table accordingly and gave us complimentary champagne. This was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff at Das Sieben.

Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The facilities (saunas, pool, gym) were all well-maintained and very enjoyable. Food options for breakfast were great. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very relaxing stay,

The dinner food was sometimes good but sometimes quite poor - it seemed to be a bit hit or miss. The jacuzzi is very small and there wasn't a lot of space in the sauna relaxation area for all the people that wanted to use them. The full body massages that we had were unfortunately not great.

Great hotel, very clean, large modern rooms, exceptional breakfast and very nice amenities (heated pool, saunas). Would come back and definitely recommend!

Everything was great at the hotel. If you're coming for skiing maybe this is not the best location as it is a little further away from the slopes and you will need a car, but you can't get this level of amenities inside the towns closer to the lifts, so the trade off is worth it.

Spa is great, especially the outdoor Sauna. The pool is good, but no reasons to stay long in the water.

The restaurant closes very early, either you are fully in the hotel and then you have your program but after 20:30 impossible to get food.

Wide range of spa facilities, good location, very clean hotel, helpful personnel.

Outside pool could be a bit hotter. It wasn’t really quite comfortable.
