We had a fantastic stay at this spa hotel. The spa facilities are exceptional, featuring sauna infusion rituals, salt peeling treatments, and various wellness activities. The design of the spa area is stunning, especially the resting areas and the salt pool. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was excellent, with a great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking views of the Alps and the valley and is located near a forest, which is perfect for short hikes and morning walks. We stayed in a Panorama room, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and super clean. Highly recommend for a couple getaway!

The bathroom in the room requires an upgrade.

My stay at the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel view was very amazing. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. Some rooms have AC, which is very important for summer. I was traveling with my family, and connected rooms were not available. However, I got two rooms next to each other. One of the things that I liked most was the food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in the reservation. The breakfast was very good. I did not try lunch, which was a small buffet (Sandwiches). However, the dinner is five stars, so you should not miss it. I would say the hotel is best suited for couples/adults as they have a spa. The city where the hotel is located, Bad Haring, is a small, nice town. There was a small town center nearby.

The food, saunas, pools, staff, room were all amazing! I was blown away by how thoughtful and accommodating everyone was. It really was a wellness retreat for me even though I was there for work in the area.

I didn't know how to work the shower in my room very well but could figure out how to take a nice bath! I also wish I knew how to speak German since I did get yelled at by a guest when I was wearing a bathing suit in the textile free zone...I didn't realize it was a mandatory area of textile free. The guest was nicer once i explained I couldn't fully read the signs. Now it is a funny story.

The young lady who checked us in spoke excellent English and was very sweet. The rooms were beautiful just like in the photos on the website, and the views from the window were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic - they had pretty much everything you could want to eat or drink. The spa facilities were top notch!

The mattresses and pillows were not as soft as we are used to, didn't sleep so well.

Staff very friendly. Room is so spacious. Nothing too much trouble. The wellness spa is over more floors than I can count it is better than anything I have ever experienced. I had a treatment daily and all were so highly experienced that the treatments were amazing

We liked everything about the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with an amazing view over mountains. Breakfast was great with lots of freshly prepared choices. We also had the chance to try dinner which was top quality. The staff was always very welcoming and helpful. Facilities were modern and very clean. Simply everything was amazing about this hotel. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Everything in this hotel was amazing.

The location is perfect for a quiet getaway in the middle of the mountains. Very helpful staff, always smiling and greeting. Exceptional food and snacks. Spa facilities were beyond my expectations with many options for indoor and outdoor relaxation.

Organizational errors were cleared fast and with compassion. I don´t have any negative comments.

some noisy guys in the pool , maybe someone from the stuff has to check periodically, however this is not a reason for negative grade

Very nice sauna area and beautiful relax rooms, nice gym with great view. Great dinner experience , really good food, freshly prepared, wide selection for breakfast, we didn't miss anything.

The old indoor pool and the small old outdoor pool didn't look good anymore. There are folds in the lining and dirty looking spots, like molds....we didn't use it any more. But the sole pool and the big pool outside are very nice.
